The Space:

This modern apartment has brand new furnishings from TXTUR, a locally-owned luxury furniture company. Each bedroom has a queen bed and a comfy memory foam mattress. This is a second floor apartment with stair and elevator access. It has a full kitchen stocked with cooking and cleaning supplies. There is a full set of linens for each bed as well as towels and paper products. The washer and dryer are located in the unit. The WiFi is fast and will easily allow for remote work. All utilities are included.



Guest Access:

16 Church is a commercial building located in the heart of downtown Roanoke. There are retail and commercial tenants on the first floor, with apartments on the 2nd and 3rd floor. Guest keys will allow use of the elevator to go between levels.
