'We made this a meeting point for family from Kansas and Michigan. The house was very nice and worked perfectly for the five of us. The Peoria Heights area was very nice and quiet. We took morning walks along the parkway which had beautiful views of the river along the way. Dimitri was very responsive and helpful as the host. Jim's property and space is absolutely amazing, huge deck area by the pond with feeding the fish was awesome including ample space in the garage to play washers & games when it got too cold out. 'This was the first year since mom moved out of the family home in Metamora to a retirement cottage. This meant the family needed a big house for the siblings to stay for our Christmas activities. The house was perfect! Lots of room for three families to eat sleep and share a wonderful four days. Highlights include the great room for gatherings and the downstairs for ping pong and foosball. Terrific kitchen and wonderful neighborhood. Right on the golf course! We will be back.'

'We came in from three different states to have family time and to attend a wedding! Since we live in three states, it was awesome to have a quiet, home to stay in!! I wish the decks had been swept, but the home was beautiful!! For a family of 10 and a 8 month old, it was a perfect gathering spot!! Other family came for a brunch before the wedding and we hosted 18 people easily!!! The hosts were so easy to work with and communicate with!!! We would stay here again!!!'

'We loved the detail that went into turning this building into loft apartments. We felt very safe. The main street is adorable and Nats' is the place to go for coffee and food. 'Very nice little apartment. Fairly well decorated and nice beds. Very clean and calming environment. I was annoyed that there is only one mirror. It makes it difficult for multiple adults to get ready in the morning. Consider putting a mirror in at least one bedroom. Also the Wi-Fi doesn't reach the bedroom. Could use a better router.'
