Overlooking the golf course and surrounded by peaceful pines, this spacious cottage offers large porches, fire pit, grill, and room for up to 8 guests—just minutes from the breathtaking views of the Blue Ridge Parkway and outdoor adventures at Stone Mountain State Park.

The cottage is designed for relaxing mountain getaways with family and friends. Inside you'll find a warm and inviting living space, comfortable sleeping arrangements, and everything you need to feel at home.

Enjoy morning coffee on the porch overlooking the golf course, spend the afternoon exploring nearby hiking trails, and end the evening gathered around the fire pit.

Location:
Cottage is located in High Meadows Country Club ( private golf course community) on the 18th tee box. The house offers access to a two-person electric golf cart. Please keep the golf cart on neighborhood roads and avoid the private golf course cart paths.

- 2 Kings, and 2 Queens
- Sleep machine in each bedroom
- 3 out of the four bedrooms have TVs. (streaming requires login credentials)

- Full-size washer and dryer

- Limited detergent (Tide)

Outdoors:

- Front of house has a polywood high top table and chairs, and a stone firepit.
- Upper deck has a glider, high top table and chairs for two, and a propane grill with cooking utensils
- Lower deck has a swing for two, two loungers, and one individual swing.

Guest Verification:
- Guests without reviews must provide verification (government ID, photo, phone, email, and be at least 25 years old)
- Additional verification may be required by host
- Additional guests must be verified and approved by the host

Guest Access:
- Self-check-in with an electronic lock for cottage access

Additional Notes:
- Quiet setting, respectful outdoor behavior required
- Quiet hours: 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM
- No smoking allowed in the cottage
- Septic system reminder: Only toilet paper should be flushed, dispose of other items in trash.
- No garbage disposal in the kitchen; put food scraps in the trash can.
- Cleaning Supplies located under kitchen sink and in laundry room cabinets.
- Neighborhood is great for walking and around the neighborhood you will find very eye catching views.
