'This was our first trip to Roatan and the resort and unit were perfect! The host provided timely and helpful information. The resort and unit exceeded the listing and we will absolutely return. It was so helpful to have a full kitchen, washer dryer, patio and room to spread out as a family. There were varying comments (FB) on how “busy” the beach is. For us, it was great. We went to Cabo last year and it was MUCH busier! However, if you have been going to Roatan for years, I imagine it is busier...

'Great location and responsive host. The condo is just a short walk from West Bay. So you can be right in the thick of the busy area when you want. And can take a 15min walk to reach the main snorkeling section of West Bay. Also able to access West End easily by water taxi. However, if you want to chill, there is a nice little area right in front of the condo. Kevin was responsive to all questions and helped arrange transport to and from the airport. Would definitely stay again.'

'The property was great. The condo itself was clean, comfortable and well maintained. The grounds were well maintained. The staff was responsive and helpful. The location right on the beach was superb. We walked to a different restaurant every evening except one when we took a water taxi to West End. The breakfast buffet was delicious. 'Only negative, but a big one: misleading posting of three bedrooms with one king bed, two queen beds, two twin beds, love seat futon and a couch futon. Everything correct except the twin beds were actually mats on the floor! Which would have been fine for young kids; but, they were very uncomfortable for adults.'

'The area was rustic but very well maintained. The condo was comfortable and clean, it was nice to have a cool and quiet place to sleep, not the resort vibe. If issues arise they are resolved in a reasonable amount of time. The swim out to the reef for snorkeling is for a very strong swimmer, but the water is bathtub warm. For diving , Blue Island Divers is just a short walk down the beach. Make sure and have bug spray on you for beach days, otherwise the sand fleas WILL bite. This was our first...

'Second time at infinity Bay, first time in this unit, everything was great. Really love this property for the beach and on-site dive operation. The staff at IB are friendly and accommodating. Unit was a great and Byron was easy to communicate with. We had all we needed for a nice relaxing dive trip.'

Anita (property manager) was fantastic to woek with. She answered ALL of our questions both before and during our stay amazingly fast. 'VRBO rental was excellent. Property was well maintained. Secluded, but with walking access to West Bay beaches an associated activities. Pool area was excellent for hanging out, or swimming laps (35 yds) if desired. Good amenities supplied as part of the rental. No shortage of towels or kitchen supplies. Filtered water supply and on on-site generator were tremendous. No need for bottled water and generator took over seamlessly during area power outages. Parking on site was excellent.'

'Amazing property! Short walk to West end restaurants/pubs but super chill on the beach. Little hidden gem called Tita’s a stones throw away. Property was very well equipped and grounds taken care of daily. Managing staff very quick to respond. I have never had such a great stay anywhere else!!'

'Through VRBO we found this gem of a location!! Finally, you actually get what the pictures show. We truly were taken back by the beautiful condo and breathtaking view from our patios. Our own private pool was the icing on the cake!! Let’s just say we know where we will be staying when we come back to Roatan!! Best Caribbean vacation!!'

'The property was as advertised, clean, spacious, and right off the main drag. We enjoyed the porch and pool. The hill to and from the property is quite a trek. It was fine most days, but a pain with our luggage.'

'Travis and Trish had a beautiful place up in the hill looking at the ocean, the place is quiet, the room was perfect for our long stay, the pool and hot tub were a nice bonus. We walked almost everyday to Luna beach and from there to West Bay or the west end. We loved our stay here. The owners were very helpful and understanding, the gave us rides when needed and accommodated us. We definitely will stay here again.'

'The owners and staff are wonderful people. Warm, friendly, super accommodating, helpful. Small boutique feel to hotel. Guests are friendly. Access to diving super convenient. The only reason I didn’t give it a 5 is that there’s no closet or drawers to put stuff away, and the bathroom faucets are corroded and some of the hooks were missing, shelf wasn’t attached well enough to hold any products. There’s a nice fridge and kitchen which was well equipped if you like to cook, or make breakfast...

'Great location walking out onto the beach front with dining, shopping & groceries in both directions. You are on the heart of the main street so everything in the area is walkable. I felt incredibly safe and we had the best beach views. The owner is lovely & friendly, speaking great English which was helpful! Room was a very generous size however we had a power outage both days (not the propertys fault, the entire street was out). Highly reccomend, very satisfied!! '
