Escape to the quieter side of Roatán at Living Waters Casita, a beautifully appointed 2-bedroom, 2-bath private retreat near the turquoise Caribbean waters and white sand of Camp Bay Beach.

The Casita is located second row ocean next to our luxurious, oceanfront Living Waters Villa, https://www.airbnb.com/rooms/30293324, and can be rented separately or in conjunction with our main house. If both are rented, then we can accommodate 14-16 people!

Located second row from the ocean beside the spectacular Living Waters beachfront villa, the Casita offers privacy, comfort and easy access to one of Roatán’s most beautiful stretches of coastline. With its private heated cocktail pool, tropical outdoor space, Starlink Wi-Fi and fully equipped kitchen, it is an ideal island getaway for couples, friends or a small family.

Living Waters Casita comfortably accommodates up to four guests in two inviting bedrooms, each with its own full bathroom. Both bedrooms offer air conditioning, ceiling fans, ample storage and Smart TVs, allowing everyone to enjoy their own comfortable space.

The welcoming living area includes air conditioning, ceiling fans, comfortable seating, Starlink Wi-Fi and a large Smart TV—perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach or exploring Roatán’s East End.

For guests needing additional sleeping space, a twin or queen mattress may be available upon request and placed in the living room. Please note that this is a temporary sleeping arrangement, not a separate bedroom, and the mattress must be picked up during the day to allow comfortable use of the living area.

Spend your days swimming, snorkeling, diving, kiteboarding, walking the beach or exploring Roatán’s uncrowded East End. Camp Bay Lodge and several casual beachfront dining options are nearby.

Living Waters Casita is located beside Living Waters Villa, a private beachfront estate. The two properties are an excellent option for extended families, couples traveling together or larger groups who would like separate living spaces while remaining close to one another.

When the Villa and Casita are reserved together, guests can enjoy the complete Living Waters experience, including the beachfront setting, private dock, infinity pool and additional outdoor gathering spaces.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE

Electricity: Electricity is not included in the nightly rate and is charged separately based on actual usage at $0.40 per kWh. The meter will be read at check-in and again at check-out. Guests can easily manage their electricity costs by turning off the air conditioning when leaving the Casita or whenever it is not needed.

Island Living: Roatán is a tropical island, and occasional interruptions to electricity or internet service may occur. Guests may also encounter tropical insects, geckos and other island wildlife. The property is regularly maintained and treated, but these are natural parts of life in the tropics.

Starter Supplies: A starter supply of basic household essentials will be provided for your arrival. Guests staying for longer periods may need to purchase additional supplies during their stay.
