The staff was amazing. The pool is so warm and clean. The rooms were large and clean and comfortable. This place is a very peaceful property. The food in the restaurant was great. Try the steak, you won't be disappointed.

From the moment we arrived until the moment we departed, the staff were so accommodating, friendly, and professional. The concierge diving there could not be easier or more enjoyable. The dive guys go out of their way to point out the beautiful ocean life during the dives. The dive sites and the relaxing pace of the dive made every dive so enjoyable. If not the best experience, definitely one of the top two in our dive travels. So glad we found this treasure!

We just completed a 4 day stay at Naboo and the experience was amazing! It was our first time traveling to Roatan and they didn’t disappoint. From the pickup at the airport to the front desk personnel to the wait staff, everything was on point. The food in the restaurant was amazing as well. We highly recommend considering Naboo if you’re staying in West Bay!

This place is something special. From the moment we arrived, we felt well taken care of. Clean, peaceful, perfectly sized. Everything was very clean. Every day. Playlist in restaurant/pool area was awesome. The ground and plants are beautiful. Front desk team extremely helpful and attentive. Comfortable rooms, plenty of hangers (!!), ample shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion. Our group didn’t dive- don’t felt like we had an almost private pool during the day. Perfect ledge on the edge of the pool to sit and read. The breakfast is OUTSTANDING. Try the pineapple juice! Also, the quesadillas were so yummy. Super close to the beach, next door to pharmacy and little grocery store for $1 waters and sodas, other places to try food/drink. Special thanks to Omar, Eduardo and Anthony. We can’t wait to come back :)

The property was beautiful and very close to the beach and lots of different food options. The staff was very nice. The only reason for 4 stars was the beds, they were hard as a rock and pillows flat. Very hard to sleep comfortably.

Very nice resort! Majority of the staff was very helpful and accommodating. The room was really nice, clean and had a comfortable outside patio. It seemed to have a “smart” tech system where the room is operated by the room key, once it’s put into the slot which was pretty cool. It had a secure safe inside where your valuables are out of sight. The bathroom was really clean and nicely designed, the only thing is the ventilation was not the best in there. It would fog up quick because of the shower and the fog would lead to the room, and there was a slight sewer smell occasionally. The pool and jacuzzi was a really cool spot to relax at, at any point of the day. The only downside of the jacuzzi was the low heat sometimes. The food and drinks were super tasty and there was comfortable seating at the tables or bar. The beach is literally a minute walk away and in between the two there are some really tasty food spots in the near by plaza or near by in general. Overall a great experience!

Resort itself was very nice. Pool was quiet and not crowded. Restaurant was nice and had separate vegan menu which we really appreciated. Staff was very friendly. Only issue was road to the beach (which was close) was full of litter by end of every day from people going to and from the beach. Not the fault of the hotel but off putting.

I absolutely loved staying at Naboo. I am a solo traveler and I did not feel alone. The staff is simply amazing. The service is great. The restaurant was always packed. The food was very good with lots of options. They have the best gluten free pancakes. The location is a one minute walk to the amazing beach. I was very sad to leave and will be back soon.

This is an excellent resort! The staff are what make this resort fun and personable! They learn your name and run a well respected resort! It’s a short distance to the beach! There are security guards everywhere! I would definitely stay here again!!

The property was very nice. The restaurant was very very good. The front desk staff, restaurant and dive center were all amazing. My boyfriend was very happy as well. His main purpose was to get his deep water dive certification and his instructor was great. I was able to go snorkeling while he went diving another plus. All the restaurant staff; Anthony, Omar, Benny, Kenneth and Edwardo. We’re all very kind! Great service and professional.

Don’t think, just book. If you’re looking for somewhere comfortable, inviting, feels luxurious but at an amazing value Naboo is your spot. It’s steps to the beach. The included breakfast is EXCELLENT. Strong welcome drink. Staff are so personable and professional. From the driver who met us at the airport (shout out Elias) to our server at the restaurant (Anthony was lovely) to everyone at the front desk, it was phenomenal. And the dive shop staff, AMAZING DIVEES - there are many highly recommended places to dive all over the island, but the staff process and professionalism here are second to none. Our Dive Master Elise is so patient, has an amazing eye for wildlife and is so pleasant to dive with! We also had the opportunity to dive with Coco who brings all her love to the sport! Serena who organized the dives and is always available at the dive center is so professional, easy to work with, accommodating and communicative.if you’re staying here there’s no reason to book anywhere else. Can’t say enough good things, we’ll be back!

Esta cerca de la playa y las intalaciones estan en muy buen estado. El cuarto estaba limpio y la decoracion estaba bonita, nos encanto que tiene un balcon para sentarse al aire libre. El ambiente es muy tranquilo para ir a relajarse y la piscina y jacuzzi son tan buenos que dudaba en si ir al mar o quedarme en ellos.

Had a great time at Naboo resort. You can tell it is a recently built property; Rooms are very comfortable, bathrooms spacious and really nice. Food is good at the property restaurant, and all staff fm the manager to housekeeping all very welcome. They really try to accommodate your needs. It all starts with a pick up at the airport in a nice Resort van, no need to worry of finding a taxi. My visit purpose was to scuba dive and they have an amazing Padi 5 start dive center, from Serena the Manager to all instructors/guides ( Andrea, Claudine, Elise & Mia) and the boat captains. They really do everything for you, from cleaning you equipment, setting up all gear before your dive and in between dives. You just walk to the boat and all is set for you. All our guides did a fantastic job pin pointing all different fish/critters, stressing safety and making sure everyone was ok within their limits. All I had to do was jump in the water and enjoy the beauty of Roatan. Made new good friends with my dive buddies and great connections with all the guides/instructors, some of whom I followed in instagram and had no idea I would be diving with them. That was an amazing surprise. Will sure come back soon, and bring family and friends Highly recommended All the best to the Naboo Resort team

Very convenient to get the best of Roathan West Bay, the owners and employees get out of their way to acomodate tours needs. Perfect for divers and snorkelers diving is very reasonable but equipment and boats are Brand New. I would definetly come back in the future.

This resort is a perfect getaway to emerge into complete relaxation. All members of the staff are very pleasant, experts in hospitality, and listen and accommodate all needs. It's hard not to fall in love with everyone...and be aware it's hard to leave. The resort is beautiful, the food is the best and the owner is very gracious. I highly recommend snorkeling and diving.
