'The hotel was clean and convenient. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The amenities included was great especially the kayaking and Wi-Fi service. The only thing I wished they had was a television in my hotel room. But all in all we had a great time at this hotel.'

'The location is pretty good. The AC works well and the bed was comfortable enough. It is bare bones basic with shoddy construction in some areas. The tiles in the shower, for instance, wiggle when you stand on them and the grout is loose. '

'Great location in a beautiful setting. Every staff member was amazing- always friendly and willing to help. Very clean with lush landscaping.
You can actually swim to the reef for snorkeling from the end of their pier.
We ate almost all of our meals on site, because the food was so good.
Staff is very helpful & provided great recommendations for tours and other activities. Transportation is super easy and inexpensive.'

'The entire experience was amazing! Owners and staff so friendly and helpful. Loved it when we tried to speak a little Spanish to them and would help us when we didn’t get it right. Pool and hot tub were enjoyable. A short walk to the beach with tons of restaurants and a few shops.

We had a beautiful view overlooking the pool. The property itself is stunning, and the facilities are equally impressive. The location is excellent, and the landscape is serene and almost divine—it truly feels like a hidden paradise.
CONS:
Unfortunately, the food and service did not match the level of the property. The meals were subpar—calling them that is generous, especially considering the prices. The wait time for food was also difficult to understand given the relatively low number...
