Coral View is precies dat: een verbluffend uitzichtpunt over de turquoise Caraïbische Zee die in de dramatische zwarte ijzeren kust eronder spat. Deze uitzichten houden je de hele dag buiten op het balkon en bij het zwembad aan de oceaan, betoverd in hun schoonheid.

Dit huis met 3 slaapkamers ligt in de populaire Lighthouse Estates, een gemeenschap op het westelijke punt van Roatan. Geniet van een regelmatige zeebries die over het punt komt en het huis overal verfrist.

Balkons en buitenpaden omringen het huis en bieden u de mogelijkheid om naar buiten te stappen zodra u wakker wordt om die prachtige zeelucht in te ademen.

Het zwembad aan de oceaan biedt de mogelijkheid om af te koelen terwijl u geniet van het uitzicht tot aan de horizon. Op heldere dagen ziet u vanaf hier de bergen op het vasteland van Honduran.

Zonsondergangen zijn werkelijk adembenemend en je kunt de opkomst van de maan zien terwijl je op het balkon zit en naar de golven luistert die borrelen en spatten in het versteende koraal hieronder.

Coral View is prachtig ingericht met twee niveaus om veel privacy en ruimte te bieden voor uw familie of een groep vrienden.

House is great. Very comfortable and 3 bedrooms with bathrooms is really a positive. Wonderful location, walking distance to West Bay beach and restaurants. The staff was very quick to address a problem we had with the water cooler. The only downside to the house was, like many vrbo’s, the lack of decent chef’s knives. If you cook at the house be prepared to be unable to slice/chop anything.

Overall the house was as advertised. The property management company was very responsive. The view from the balcony and pool was amazing! Kitchen had all necessary amenities. Great proximity to many restaurants and West Bay beach. Safe area for walking too.

Property was in need of some repair or mold spots downstairs around the AC and places where water had blistered inside the walls behind the paint. The couch is so used it is very difficult to get out of it once you're sitting in it. Also there were an army of cutter ants every night cutting off and hauling off Belize from the hedge out front. There were thousands of them. Also the pool deck is in need of some repair there are edges or the rock is popped and delaminated exposing the ground edge The view in the seabreeze were fantasticin and out of

Family getaway

We had a very nice stay at Coral View. It was good set up for 4 adults needing 3 bedrooms with plenty of space as we didn’t even use the downstairs living area. Nice balcony to enjoy coffee and drinks on with a great view. Great neighborhood. Really appreciated the generator that ran every day at some point. Definitely would stay again.

Loved the property, had the best views. If you are traveling with a senior citizen however, you should know that in order to get to the second floor where the kitchen and living room are located you have to use a spiral staircase that is not senior friendly.

Whatta View!!!

Our stay at Coral View was amazing!! The Caribbean Sea in our backyard was absolutely stunning. We were only 5 minutes away from West Bay, which was very convenient. The house was in great shape and the driver they connected us with, Frankie, was very accommodating and knew the Island like the back of his hand. Would easily stay here again and recommend the property to everyone.

This house was perfect for 2 adult couples. We spent hours on the deck enjoying the view and breeze. Just a few minutes drive from West Bay beach. Great value. We had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable.

Perfect location, house a bit tired

We loved the location of the house. 25 min walk to West Bay Beach and right on water. However the house needs a bit of upkeep. The spiral staircase is falling apart. The dishwasher didn't clean the dishes and smelled. We did not use it. The washing machine need repair. The alarm stopped working after a few days and we were advised someone would be out to fix it. No one from the alarm company came while we were there. The kitchen was well stocked. There was lots of towels and sheets. Also it was great to have a good stock on toilet paper etc when we arrived. It really was perfect for our family.

Beautiful Property

The house was bigger than I expected and the view was just how it looks in the pictures. I had a read a review that the light from the lighthouse shines in the windows at night, but I did not notice it at all. With the shades on the windows, it pretty dark at night. The kitchen had everything you could need. Everything was organized and very clean. There were plenty of towels and the property had floats for the pool as well. There is a security alarm on the house, which was nice. There is a hotel within walking distance (like 4 houses down) with a nice restaurant and small beach, so that is an added bonus when staying farther away from West Bay. I would recommend either renting a car or getting the phone number of some local taxi drivers at West Bay, as using the rental transportation service was very expensive. The property is a short walk to The Meridian hotel, though, and they will also help call taxis. Overall, the property was very clean and had everything you could want: full kitchen, clean linens, AC, security system, floats, lots of towels, a complimentary cell phone, and lots of privacy. The cruise ships sail right by the house every day and you can see the mountains of the mainland on clear days from the front deck/pool. Check-in was easy and the staff was helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

Please read before you book. Coral View is located in Lighthouse Estates, named because of the lighthouse at the tip of the island. Which means, there is a bright flashing lighthouse light all night that comes thru the house, most notably 2 bedrooms (of the 3) and the living room. The AC is included in your price, however, during our stay, it was not working and flooded around the AC unit upstairs and down thru the floor/ceiling next to the washer/dryer. It took a week to get this fixed. The breeze outside this house is significant (20-35mph winds) we thought excessive when we first arrived but realized it was very nice to have. Unfortunately, you can’t get much breeze thru the house, oddly enough. The 1st night, we stayed in the downstairs bedroom because it is the only room with a mini AC. The neon light on the AC was BRIGHT and the lighthouse was a major issue. We realized this was not going to work so we experimented with opening/closing different windows and were able to sleep very comfortably upstairs w/o AC. These upstairs bedroom windows have a curtain so the lighthouse was not an issue. Additionally, the neighbor to the SE has 3 dogs that bark quite a bit and their garage light is on all night. The wind dampers the dogs but these garage lights and the lighthouse lights keep the upstairs deck bright all night. The neighbor to the NW has very bright lights on the side of their house that shine on the pool, lower patio, one bedroom and the living room. The LR windows have no curtains either. We found a couple of adhesive hooks to apply to the wall and attached a couple of safety pins to a light blanket to use as a makeshift curtain that worked well. It is relatively impossible to stargaze here due to all the lights which is quite unfortunate, as it is a beautiful view day and night otherwise. We stayed for 2 weeks in April and had construction at the neighbors next door the entire time. Although disappointing, no big deal. The pool is 5 1/2 ft at the deepest with a severe slope, so no diving in. However, it was so nice to have this refreshing pool at any time. And again, the view is awesome with sailboats, cruise ships, divers, etc going by all day. We had 2 VERY windy days that caused a lot of wave crashing which was so awesome. We also had one day of a slight breeze and the ocean water was so calm you could see the bottom. The pool pump quit working for 3 days but was fixed by maintenance and worked well.
