Graduation Celebration!
We needed a place to stay for the weekend to celebrate our son’s graduation from RIT. Beatriz home was perfect! This is one of the nicest rentals we have stayed in. The home is spotless and well maintained, comfortable, well stocked for whatever you need and the yard is a huge plus. Beatriz went out of her way to make sure our family could enjoy and celebrate our son’s accomplishment. She was so thoughtful and so attentive. Thank you Beatriz!!!

Cozy Home
We stayed here as our base for our short trip to Rochester. The house was very clean and cozy so everyone enjoyed their stay. The owner was also very responsive which made the entire checkin and checkout process easy. Will definitely consider again next time we visit the area.

Home away from Home in NY!
I'm a mom of four from Kentucky. My oldest boy went away to college at Rochester Institute of Technology this year. My youngest son (14) and I went to visit him for just a few days on our Spring Break. This VRBO is going to be my go-to place to stay anytime we visit him again! It's SOOOOO homey and comfortable. It is just as described, super clean and beautifully decorated and the owner is quick to respond to messages. The house, yard and neighborhood made us feel at home and the location was central to downtown Rochester and RIT campus and just minutes away from restaurants and stores. Just writing this review makes me wish I was back in Henrietta.

Lovely, cozy, clean comfortable home away from home
We booked this property for a weekend stay for a family wedding. Check-in was a breeze, communication with Beatriz was exceptional and the home was truly lovely- very clean and comfortable! It was a cold weekend in NY, but the house was always warm and cozy! There were little extras like tea, hot chocolate and mints, which we always appreciate, and I loved having a French Press available to make my morning coffee. The home itself was in a lovely, quiet neighborhood. If we had had extra “down” time, the owner had many books, movies etc. for use and entertainment. Roku was a great option as well. Truly a lovely experience!!

So-o Wonderful!!!
This little house was a wonderful find!! It was perfect for two sisters to enjoy a little getaway with each other. Our host was amazing at communicating with us! The house was super clean and ready for our arrival! It had everything we needed, and then some. Some suggestions for the owner may be to leave directions on how to use the TV, with all the different services and maybe put a TV in the front living room where the really comfy couch is! Can't wait to go back!!! Thank you for allowing us to borrow your cute little house!

Cozy home in the perfect location
This property was absolutely perfect for my 2 week stay. The home has everything you need to feel at home. It is very clean and cozy. Having use of the garage was a huge bonus for January! With grocery and drug stores just 2 min away…. And all the shopping you could need within 10 min the location is great. 12 min to the hospital and 15 to the airport! I travel to ROC for work and would definitely stay again!

Fantastic Find
I was scheduled to give birth in Rochester, even though we live in another area of CNY. My husband and I chose this home based on proximity to the hospital and the fabulous reviews. We were not disappointed. When we pulled up to the house it was decorated for the holiday season with lights on the Christmas trees outdoors. When we entered, I felt like I was in a Hallmark holiday movie. The house was beautifully and thoughtfully decorated, very cozy, and really clean. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook our own food, and Wegmans was only three minutes away. The time in the home that we had before the baby was born was magical and romantic. We are definitely thinking of returning in the future, even if only for a weekend winter stay (especially if we could find babysitting).

Cozy country house
My husband, SIL and I booked Beatriz’s house for the weekend to visit nearby family. It was the perfect location! The house is inviting, clean and has everything you need for an enjoyable stay. The bedrooms have plenty of space and comfy beds. Beatriz responded quickly to any questions I had throughout the booking. Wegman’s and Tim Horton’s are right around the corner. A lovely, restful place to relax!

Great place to stay with your family
We had a fabulous time staying in this house. We were able to grill outside and would have eaten out in the pretty backyard as well if it hadn’t been so humid. However, it was nice and cool in the house. The living room was perfect for relaxing and visiting and the bedrooms were great as well. The only thing that would have made it better would have been another bathroom.

This home was exceptional!! Upon walking thru the door we immediately felt at home! Beatriz made us feel like we were a part of the family. She covered every detail for a comfortable and extremely relaxing stay. The backyard was excellent for kicking back for an afternoon of relaxation, dinner, conversing and lots of laughter. The drive to the Rochester was quick and easy from this quiet, family friendly neighborhood. The livingroom was large and the addional tv/sitting room was such a bonus. Amazing experience!!
This was out second time staying at this property. Last time we were able to celebrate our sons birthday with a dinner party. Beatrize helped us with everything. This time we celebrated our sons graduation from RIT. She made everything perfect including loaning us a table, lawn games, gardening and finally leaving us a bottle of wine and a graduation card. The house is spotless and had absolutely everything we needed to celebrate our sons big day. I am beyond thankful to have been able to host a celebration so far from home. My son had an amazing dinner. And having the use of the grill was a huge extra. Even the neighbors were super nice and congratulated him. This has been our best experience with VRBO. I have alwasy loved using them, but she went above abd beyond for us and it meant the world.

We were three couples looking for a quiet weekend to get together and relax. This home was perfect. The home is very clean and had everything we needed. The weather was beautiful so we spent as much time outside on the patio as we did inside. Beatriz was very responsive to messages about check in and check out (we did some tidying at check out but very little is required. Nice when everyone is trying to leave by 11). Home away from home.
We stayed here previously while my wife and son went through surgery. Being able to bring them somewhere comfortable after leaving the hospital and having to stay nearby in case of complications meant everything. We came back a year later to reflect on how far they've come. Beatriz gave us a home away from home and everything we needed was provided in a beautiful place that was clean and well maintained. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for a place in a lovely neighborhood that is centrally located to shopping, hospitals, etc. Everything we needed was 5 to 10 minutes away.

Terrific Thanksgiving!
This was our second time staying at this property. We have absolutely LOVED both of our stays! We booked this trip, while on our first, because we knew it would be perfect for Thanksgiving! The home was immaculate and had all anyone could need. The host Beatriz was responsive, checked in on us to be sure all was well, and was as nice an inn keep as anyone could ever want. She treats you like family. We mentioned having an early Thanksgiving day dinner and she provided linens and offered other kitchen wares to make preparing a big meal easier. One would never be treated that well at a hotel.

Charming, comfortable, and efficient use of amenities. Advertised 2nd bathroom, but didn't mention it was down in the basement. The upstairs bathroom had no outlit easily accessible for a hairdryer or night light. It was inside the back of the sink cabinet. A night light and fan would have been nice in the upstairs bathroom.
