Thankful
Nice location, parking and simple nice accommodations. Bed very comfortable. The host was very good to work with. I am very grateful vs staying in a motel. Would stay again.

Winter stay
Very good location, be careful with stairs during snow/ice weather. Overall it was pleasant, even with a short stay guest in the other room. There was plenty of space in common areas to share. The private room had a larger closet that was convenient.

Super dirty
The place was dirty especially the bath tube!!! Tidy but dirty. We had to fight with the owners to get anything done about it! I took pictures and everything and they tried to pass it off as hard water stains. I know what hard water stains look like and while yes they has plenty of that the bathroom was also filthy!!! I hope they start cleaning it better for others otherwise why are we paying a cleaning fee?!

Very pleasant little apartment. Owner was very helpful. The 18 outside steps were a challenge for us. They could be a real challenge in inclement weather. All the rooms had appropriate furniture and the kitchen was nicely stocked with basic items. The medium and small refrigerator/freezers were adequate despite their size. Overall we had a very nice stay with a pleasant host.
