Viewtopia - Geweldige uitzichten

NIEUWE EIGENAREN vanaf augustus 2019! GA WEG VAN ALLES WEG in schilderachtige Viewtopia, op slechts 35 minuten van Chattanooga en zijn vele attracties. Deze rustige, afgelegen retraite ligt op een bergrug in Noord-Georgia in Rock Spring, GA. De uitzichten zijn geweldig en de vredige eenzaamheid zal je omringen. Dit romantische toevluchtsoord ligt aan het einde van een kronkelende privéweg waar u onderweg herten en wilde kalkoenen kunt zien grazen. De master suite heeft een jacuzzi tuin bad met uitzicht op het uitzicht. Er is een wrap-around dek, serre en overdekt terras met uitzicht op het weidse uitzicht over vier verre richels.

Beneden kun je een potje biljart schieten op een solide 7 'pooltafel. Er is voldoende buitenmeubilair voor uw plezier, inclusief een propaangrill. Drink koffie terwijl je naar de stralende zonsopgang kijkt of geniet van de gloeiende zonsondergang met een glas wijn. Wat u ook kiest om te doen tijdens een bezoek aan "Viewtopia", we hopen dat uw verblijf vernieuwend en gezegend zal zijn. Wij heten u welkom in onze "geheime plek."

Roken is binnenshuis niet toegestaan; er zijn echter voldoende dekken en portieken om te roken. :) Gebruik de meegeleverde asbakken. We staan goed opgevoede huisdieren toe. Onze huisdierentoeslag is $ 50.

Fabulous place!

We had such a great time here. The view was amazing and it was a great place for having a large party of adults. We had 7 adults total and all had plenty of room. This place is very dog friendly with the fenced in yard that connects to one of the bedrooms balcony. Our two dogs had a great time as well.

Christmas at Viewtopia

Great space for a family or a group of friends. Our adult kids loved the separate space downstairs with the pool table. There is a door at the top of the stairs to the lower level which was helpful. The kitchen was small but very well-equipped. I really appreciated the glass storage containers for leftovers. Lots of porch space which unfortunately we did not use due the arctic front that came through. Definitely would consider staying again. Diane was very attentive to messages and handling any questions or glitches.

Outstanding

Our family gathered for the Thanksgiving holiday and found Viewtopia to be a wonderful place to relax, catch up and celebrate. The views from every angle are fantastic but from the kitchen and the main deck are superior and enjoyed the remarkable sunrises! We found the listing to be very accurate. Diana was a great host- responsive and informative. The kitchens were very well furnished, I even found a pie plate that we had forgotten. We would highly recommend and even talked about when we could come back with friends.

Incredible View!

We truly enjoyed our stay at Viewtopia! The house is very well stocked and accommodated our group of parents and travel softball players perfectly. We wish we could have stayed longer to take advantage of the views and the amenities!

Amazing views in every direction!

We loved our stay at Viewtopia! You can see for miles and miles from every window, the views are spectacular! A cup of coffee on the kitchen balcony for sunrise. A cocktail on the deck for sunset. The house was well stocked and perfect for a relaxing stay with our dogs. The hot tub was a great way to soothe the sore muscles after taking in a nearby hike.

A Must Stay Property

My family and I stayed at this glorious property, it was a very last minute decision and Diana was able to accommodate. The process was so easy and she was super friendly!! The place is AMAZING!! We were in the area for a sports event, and needed somewhere for 7 of us to stay. Diana’s home was the perfect choice! The view was incredible, and we enjoyed the pool table & games at the house. The rooms felt clean and there was plenty of space for all of us.

Could not have been better!

The beautiful picture on the web page for ViewTopia, as beautiful as it is, does not do justice to the vista that awaited us on the deck, and out all the glass that surrounded us for the entire stay! I assumed, given the name ViewTopia, that the view would be good. Maybe even great. I was not expecting the beauty that greeted us. And every aspect of the house hold was well planned, well laid out and well documented. There's a lot of comfort in knowing that one is being taken care of by the forethought of the owner. Every time there was a question, there was a laminated sheet explaining how to proceed. Would that every place we stayed be so well thought out. It was a very relaxing getaway in an amazing place. Great Views and Comfy Sleep

The views did not disappoint...in fact they were more amazing than I could have imagined! I've stayed at other Blue Ridge properties and never have I seen a better view...and from so many locations across the property! The house was clean and nicely decorated. The beds were super comfortable and we slept very well. The driveway up to the house was a little steep for us at first as we are from the Lowcountry in Savannah but we got used to it. Most of what we wanted to do was within 30 minutes of the house so we got to enjoy a short drive through the country and that was nice. Thanks for the awesome hospitality! We would come back and stay in a heartbeat!

Great views. Property works well if 2 families staying because of the first and 2nd floor having living, dining and kitchens. This allows separate areas of you want. The road up is steep but easily traveled with all wheel/4x4 vehicles at least in the summer when we went.

Wonderful trip!

Myself and a few friends stayed here to celebrate our best friend getting married. Mrs. Diana was awesome with getting us all set up and made the process of booking and answering any questions I had very smooth! The view is gorgeous, the house was clean and modernized, and the amenities such as the hot tub and pool table were out to good use. Overall this was an incredible resistance and I will definitely be suggesting this place to friends and family and hopefully will return soon myself!

Viewtopia at Rock Springs

We had an awesome weekend at Viewtopia. We planned to come to the Vintage Market Days of Chickamauga and visit with family who live in the area. This house was right in the very location that was perfect for our needs. We found everything we needed here to have a very relaxing weekend with a spectacular view. We had a really great Christmas at this property. The owner had it decorated which was a very nice touch. The house had amazing views. It was well stocked with some essentials that was very much appreciated. I would definitely stay there again.

Great getawa

Really cool setting and the house was perfect for or family of 4 plus our pup to escape for a few days. Having the dog run was awesome. We played many rounds of pool. We arrived after dark and it was a little confusing because there are no pics from the driveway but being the last house wasn’t to hard to figure out. The kitchens were well stocked with just about everything you could need. The only downside is the are so well stocked there is limited cupboard space for food. All in all I would return here and have already recommended it to friends and family.

What a view!
