'This property worked out really well for 10-12 of us to celebrate a nephew's graduation at Rollins College. Lots of bathroom space helped! Shower pressure was fantastic--noted by several of us independently. The large 2nd floor patio made a great outdoor living space. Owner was a timely communicator, and we had no issues during our stay. The location is great for downtown Orlando events. It was a convenient 15 minute drive to Rollins College for graduation. The neighborhood has some great walks...
