Geniet van het dichtbij zijn dat Rockaway Beach te bieden heeft vanuit dit unieke strandhuisje, dat alle gemakken van thuis biedt, waaronder een uitnodigende woonkamer, een rustige omheinde tuin, een wasruimte en een keuken die klaar staat om u te helpen met het bereiden van stevige maaltijden.

Wat is in de buurt:
Het strand ligt op slechts een blok afstand en restaurants en winkels in Rockaway zijn ook vlakbij. Het pittoreske stadje Manzanita ligt op slechts 20 minuten naar het noorden, waar u meer eetgelegenheden en winkels kunt vinden of een snelle ronde golf kunt spelen. Nehalem ligt ook in de buurt van Manzanita, waar u te paard een strandrit kunt maken. Garibaldi ligt op slechts 10 minuten naar het zuiden, waar u kunt krabben of vissen in de jachthaven of verse vis kunt eten voor het diner.

New Years getaway!

Me and my girls stayed here for two nights for New Years weekend and it was fabulous. The house was adorable, quiet neighborhood and right across the street from a liquor store with the sweetest owners ever! I’ve always loved Rockaway but this house in particular made the trip even more enjoyable. A 2 minute was to the beach as well and only 20 minutes from Manzanita :)

The place was not clean. Trash near front yard, spots on lr chair, dirty toilet, dirty kitchen curtains Thoughts. A level floor would fix the refrigerator door problem. Please upgrade to 2-ply tp. Pay for late check out? Really? 10am is TOO early.

SHORT WALK TO BEACH

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here in Rockaway Beach. The location worked well for us to explore the Northern Coast with only a short walk to the beach. We would recommend hitting up a grocery store in Tillamook as open restaurants are a rare find. The home served all of our needs well. Our only complaints would be the sloping in the dining room and in the 2nd bedroom, the construction across the street, and the water heater that kept going out. All in all, I’d give this property four stars. The owner did a fantastic job at aesthetically personalizing this home for comfort and ease. We will miss the West Coast!

First week stay in Rockaway!

In the past we’ve just been passing through, but found this great little beach house by chance and stayed five nights in June! It was small, but perfect for our family of four. We were so close to the beach we could walk down easily with all the toys and chairs and bonfire equipment, and easily get back to the house when needed. It was clean and comfortable for the time we were in it-which wasn’t much because we were out enjoying all the new Rockaway attractions and adventures. Thank you for letting us use your home! We had a great trip!

Great Location

We really liked how close we were to the beach. Having the neighbors so close is interesting. I would also recommend the owners replace one of the beds which has a huge dip/sink hole in it. Aside from that a great stay.

Adorable cottage, great location!

My husband and I were in town for a friend’s wedding on the coast and the place was perfect. Super close to cute little shops and restaurants and right on the beach! The property was spotlessly clean and more spacious than we expected. Loved it!

It is literally right across the street from the beach and within walking distance of several eateries. The place was clean and attractively decorated. We had a lovely time, most definitely would rent this place again.

This cozy little place is right across the street from the beach. Literally a minute and a half walk and you’re on the soft sand. The house was clean, warm, and inviting. The price is great for what you get, and has all of the amenities you’d need.

Lovely home away from home!! Will defiantly stay again.

It really did have everything we could need & felt bigger inside than the pictures. Wonderfully, thoughtful details, very clean, & SOOO close to the beach! The shower head was leaky & had low pressure, but that’s not what we came for so all-in-all exceeded all expectations & was so comfortable! Thank you for sharing this little slice of heaven!!

Thanksgiving week stay

The house was nice, clean, and just a short walk to the beach. Bedrooms very small which made it difficult with babies but that’s to be expected in a little beach house. We had a great time, and the house was perfect for what we needed.

Nice Little Getaway :)

Property was wonderful, well maintained. Everything you need from kitchen supplies, towels, blankets, pillows. Family loved it. 15 month old and a 6 year old. Great family getaway. We will have to stay longer next time. Great price on room, 112 a day. To bad we paid more in fees than we did for the house )

Cute …but needs some improvements

The good: Location is absolutely wonderful! It’s a two minute walk to the beach. It’s very quiet. The area the beach is in is quiet as well. The house is cute and comfortable. The shower works nice, good water pressure. Lots of hooks to hang things from. The beds are comfortable enough. Plenty of parking out front of the house. A hose out front to clean your sandy feet. Needs some work: There was garbage in the can inside when we arrived that was mostly full and before the stay was over the can was completely full, with no garbage bag liners to replace it. The trash can outside was already packed full as well. There are signs saying “don’t move beds against the heaters” but you can’t close the door to one of the rooms because the bed blocks the door. There was only one roll of toilet paper for the entire 5 days for four females. The screen door is broken and slams shut obnoxiously loud. Every single time. There is no detergent to start a load of our dirty towels. (Which I normally will start before leaving). Everything is locked up. Seems as though many essentials were missing. Upon arrival over half the towels on the shelf were damp but folded. We had to remove them, dry them ourselves and re-fold them. Overall: Good size for four people but don’t expect much in the way of basic necessities.

Great stay in Rockaway Beach!

This is an old beach house that has been nicely remodeled and decorated. It's perfect for our family of four. Check in/Check out were easy. Access to the beach is just a short walk away. We had to cross the highway 101 to get to the beach, but there was a crosswalk and cars normally stopped for us. There are plenty of board games to keep our kids entertained when they were not at the beach. Overall, we had a great stay!

Oregon Girls Trip

Had a great time exploring the Oregon Coast utilizing this cottage as home base. The property is small but clean, nicely decorated and well furnished. The location is amazing with the beach just across the street. After traveling up and down the coast, we were very happy staying in the quieter, more laid-back Rockaway Beach vs, the very congested Cannon Beach. We had a wonderful time and would definitely stay here again.
