Welcome to our 8-bedroom, 4-bathroom log cabin at Martinwoods Cabins — the ultimate getaway for families, reunions, retreats, and group vacations in beautiful Hocking Hills, Ohio. Tucked away on a private wooded lot, this spacious retreat offers complete privacy with no visible neighbors, roads, or nearby cabins.

With room to sleep up to 20 guests comfortably, this cabin features two fully equipped kitchens, two large great rooms, and plenty of space for gathering, relaxing, or enjoying quiet time in nature.

Check in is between 4-5 someone will meet you at the cabin to check you in during those hours, The guest that booked needs to be there at check in, nobody will be allowed access unless the guest that booked is present.

NO TRAILERS WITH BOATS, ATV ETC. NO RVS, TENTS,CAMPERS ETC.

Maximum guest count is 20. This includes all children, toddlers, infants and adults. Every guest is counted in the max of 20. Please take into consideration at time of booking, in case anyone will give birth before check in. Must be 40 years of age to
If you cannot be at the cabin by 5pm please do not reserve this cabin.

Extra blankets for the closet are removed during the summer months to give the well and septic a break. We wash EVERYTHING in between guests, so the extra 11 blankets give us a little relief during those months

Upstairs features a loft with 2 queen beds with ceiling fan

The main level includes 4 private bedrooms (3 with ceiling fans) , 2 full baths with shower/tub combo. A great room and a kitchen with full size appliances, ice maker and fully stocked with everything you need to create a perfect meal.

Downstairs you will find 3 more bedrooms as well as 2 more bathrooms with shower/tub combo. Another great room and another fully stocked kitchen.

The Westwind cabin is a non smoking cabin (smoking permitted on deck where there is a cigarette dispenser) cabin is not pet friendly, there are many cabin rentals throughout Hocking Hills that are. If a pet is brought to the property all guests will be asked to leave with no refunds as we cannot stay there to monitor to be sure the person that brought it actually left with it.
We mention many times so please be sure every guest is aware of the NO PET policy

20 guests maximum, (includes children) so please be sure that the guest count does not exceed 20 guests. No visitors on property at any time

We are located in the Hocking Hills of Ohio and the weather is very unpredictable so if there is any chance of snow or ice in the forecast and you do not have a 4 wheel drive vehicle we ask that you not rent this cabin. (all wheel, rear wheel and front wheel are not the same)

Must be 40 years of age with valid id and credit card at check-in, person renting the cabin must be present at check in and staying for the rented period.


Things happen, we get it. We have been there ourselves. So please be sure to get the travel insurance, as we do not offer refunds for early departures, covid, or any other unexpected events such as family emergencies, power outages etc. That is what travel insurance is for.

If a pet is brought on the property, you will not be allowed to rent and there will be no refund, no matter what member of the party brought it. You will be asked to leave in addition to a $500 fee if pet enters property

Someone will be there to meet you at the cabin to check you in. Check in between 4-5 (NO late check in) if you cannot be there by 5 please do not rent the cabin

Some holidays require 4 night min. (Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years) No Check in On Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, Christmas Eve or New Years Day or Eve. or Easter. No Saturday or Sunday check in on Holiday weekends

Maximum stay is 7 nights

Wifi is provided, however there are no refunds if it is not working, It is satellite internet and we are in the woods.

there is a security camera at the driveway/parking area as well as entrance for your safety and ours. Nothing in private areas.
