'Easy street and property parking first come first serve. We never had a problem. Pool was refreshing after a day at the beach. Room was excellent bed very comfortable. Kitchenette did the job! The ice machine and filtered water machine was a huge plus! Not having to buy water is fab in a place like Key West! And all the ice you could possibly need. The location is fantastic not far from Duval street! I will be staying at this location again!'

'The stay at Parrot Bay was excellent. Plenty of room the location is close enough to all the night life but far enough to maintain tranquility! The property has all of the amenities you could desire. The beds however, could use a little upgrading. Loud squeaky frame and a dip in the mattress. If you are a picky about you sleep this may be difficult for you. '

'Our group of four - two couples - had a great week at this condo! The location on Stock Island is nice because you’re close to Old Town KW but not in the thick of things, so you can sit on the patio or chill in the pool to unwind. Our rooms were spacious and clean although I gave four stars simply because the cleaning folks need to give the floor a good mopping. We are clean people but walking around the condo gave us black feet. Not a huge deal! Kitchen, baths, everything else was very clean....

'My wife and another couple stayed here two night as we enjoyed Key West. It was a clean comfortable unit in a nice quiet area but close to town. We had no problems and enjoyed our stay. We would definitely stay here again.'
