'This is a very cute historic building in a great location. The property was close to the ocean and the shopping district. It was an easy walk to restaurants, shopping and parks. A little further walking or a quick trip in the car gives you access to additional quaint shops and dining. Salem is adjacent and thus nearby for history buffs or access to the commuter train.
