Composed of high ceilings, wood finishes, and comfortable finishes, you're sure to feel at home from the moment you walk inside. Play chef amidst the turquoise backsplash, gleaming countertops, and stainless steel appliances in the fully equipped kitchen. When all you want to do is relax, kick back on the soft sofas in the living room, or gather around the dining table for a board game competition. Off the kitchen, you'll have access to a spacious laundry room.

Gorgeously appointed, the bedrooms are full of sunlight, soft linens, and private TVs. Off the primary bedroom, you'll love indulging in yourself when you step into the ensuite bathroom where an extra large vanity and walk-in shower await. The home's modern conveniences extend to central air-conditioning and internet access.

Outside, your private oasis presents itself in the form of a private, turquoise pool, a gas grill, and a large deck. Community kayaks are also available for your enjoyment when you want to get out on the bay.

Close to your stay, explore Goose Island State Park, Fulton Mansion State Historic Site, the Festival Grounds at Rockport Harbor, and downtown shops and restaurants.

No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
The boat lift is not available for guest use.

Due to the location of our rentals, you may encounter situations with wildlife/pests. Please be aware of your surroundings, take caution while driving at night and supervise your children at all times while outdoors. In addition, all properties do utilize pest control maintenance on a regular basis BUT this does not guarantee pests or bugs will not be visible.

Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
