'To begin, I booked this hotel because of its proximity to downtown - not for the amenities. That said, Zebra Unicorn is branded as a boutique luxury hotel - a role in which it fails abysmally. Let's be clear regarding parameters: Luxury to me means being free of all concern. 'The overall experience in this hotel could have been better. The design and ambiance are charming, but there are too many points of attention. We felt that the room was not that clean (cleaned Some spilled water off the Floor with a tissue, it came off black). Spotted a mosquito corpse on wall. Staff could have been friendlier. Bed was alright, pillows mediocre. Expect Highway noise all night.'

'Clean room, Nice staff, Air conditioning, parking. Decent little room. Sketch neighborhood but anything under $150 a night in Tucson is in a sketch neighborhood. Loved that there was a handheld steamer in my room. I was going to wet my pants and blow dry them but the steamer was way better. My hand soap dispenser could have had mor soap in it and my room key was only activated for one night so in a hundred degree heat I had to go the office and get my stay extended. 'Pesimo servicio! no habia agua caliente, no habia wifi en la habitacion, la Tv no funcionaba bien, nos cambiaron de cuarto y ahi si funcion la TV y el wifi pero habia mucho ruido de la calle trasera, el DESAYUNO fue lo peor, prometian desayuno buffet caliente y solo habia unos muffins empaquetados parecian viejos, unos jugos de bote y un borecito de yoguth, no lo recomiendo ni volveria.'
