'The best thing was the staff. So very helpful in moving our belongings to our new room when we extended. They took care of everything while we explored the area. The hotel itself is great and in a super location to all the restaurants and bars in town. The pub, library bar, and outside alley bar are all great. The breakfast, if you book direct, is complimentary and was one of the best meals we had in Nelson. No joke.'
