It was so dirty- the elevator, hallways, stairwell, and the room. My child’s feet were black on the bottom from walking around the room for less than 30 minutes. I get we’re in a hotel, but my goodness that shouldn’t be the case. My husband found a couple pieces of dog food in the corner of the bathroom. This was not from us. 'Our stay was very pleasant. Clean rooms and very helpful staff. The kids love the waterslides and the big hot tub. Great breakfast too.'

'The accommodation was overall very good. The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped, and the staff was friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, the sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable — but that was my own mistake for booking a room with one. Lesson learned: I’ll avoid sofa beds in the future :). Aside from that, everything else was great.'
