"We zaten het linker deel van het hotel. Prachtige nieuwe kamer met mooie inrichting. Goede bedden, keukenblokje en nette ruime badkamer. Ook in het hotel zijn genoeg faciliteiten. Een aanrader voor een verblijf in Jasper! "

"Very comfortable and warm Lodge for our winter stay in Banff. Nice and spacious room and the lobby felt very welcoming with the fireplace. Beds slept well and we loved the hot tub at the end of a cold winter day outside. Very Good value for money and would definitely return when we’re in Banff"

"Nice hotel. Comfortable bed and good rooms. For this price point I would expect breakfast to be included but instead there are hidden costs like a parking fee and an 'Amenity Fee'. The latter is really hidden and compulsory. For a whopping $20/day one gets things that should be included for free, like a bottle of water and coffee in the room. Also access to the swimming pool and wellness are included but if you're not going to use them the hotel still expects you to pay for it. Very unfair and imho just a way to make more money off its customers. Too bad as it's a nice hotel near Riverfront park and the center of the city but I will not be staying there anymore until they get rid of this crazy 'Amenity Fee'! "

"Motel is oud en dat zie je terug aan de staat. Voor de prijs is het prima als je maar niet te hoge verwachtingen hebt. Houd ook rekening met geluid van de naastgelegen snelweg."
