'The room was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The staff was extremely friendly and offered a free upgrade to a lake view room which was a pleasant surprise and very much appreciated. Having a restaurant in the hotel was very convenient making it easy to enjoy dinner without having to drive somewhere else. Highly recommend for your stay in Kaslo!'

'The other reviews are spot on about the rooms--wow! They are updated, clean and have a super cute vibe! The owners are really great and one is from my hometown (which was a fun fact). The only criticism that I have, is that the rooms are on the noisy side being on a busy road. If you are not sensitive to noise, you'll be fine. (They do provide earplugs which is nice for people like me who don't like the noise from the road and ac units.) That said, I would stay here again for sure!'

'We stay here every year. It’s so clean and the staff are amazing! It’s the perfect spot for families with kids. There’s a heated pool, it’s a 3 minute walk to the beach and a 5 min walk to Kool Treats! Everything you need in one convenient location!'

'The staff were helpful, friendly and available. The room size was small but adequate. The ceiling insulation does not function or does not exist, we heard every movement, cough etc., from upstairs. The pool facility was great and so was the gym. The fire tables outside the pool area were a very nice touch. The continental breakfast was fine and the person maintaining the food selection was very efficient and friendly.'
