Red Dog Farms Modern Studio Apt

Coming to Wilmington and want to stay and relax out of the hustle and bustle of the city, Welcome to Red Dog Farms. located just a 12 minute drive outside of the city limits. You will be staying in a finished modern updated apartment that sits on 17 acres of a natural landscaped farm. We train and breed AKC Champion Hungarian Vizslas here (bird dogs).

There are 2 ponds on the property and you are free to wander and enjoy the grounds. There is a grill available for your use if you'd like. When the sun sets throw some logs on the fire pit and sit back and enjoy life under the stars while you relax and listen to the sounds of peaceful tranquility. You'll be glad you came and we will be even happier to host your stay.

~You will have parking for 1 vehicle
~No trailers or boats with out prior permission.
~COVID restrictions are in place-Property access is limited to guest on reservation ONLY.
~No outside visitors are permitted on the property.
~ No pets allowed.
Any infraction will terminate your stay immediately with no refund.

Historic Downtown Wilmington - 12 miles
Mayfair Towne Center - 11 miles
UNCW - 12 miles
Wrightsville Beach - 16 miles

Min age is 23 yrs old to rent this space. No events , No pets, NO parties, NO smoking or vaping in the studio. Quite times are 10pm -830am. ID will be requested prior to check in instructions being sent if this is an issue please book elsewhere.

Somethings to note and keep in mind: We are in the country and please be aware of your surrounding there are bears, deer, snakes, bugs , spiders in the wild out here so please be aware at all times. You may hear gunfire from people hunting or target shooting close to or on the property.
~COVID PRECAUTIONS Property access is limited to guest on reservation ONLY!
~Guest count must be accurate at time of booking.
~The guest booking MUST be 23 yrs or older and are staying on the premises .
~Additional fees $50 per guest will be charged if guest count is wrong and needs to be adjusted after arrival or will be asked to leave with NO refund given for any infraction.
~QUIET times are observed between 9:30pm and 8:30am
~Please let us know if extra linens will be needed for pull out sofa 24 hrs prior to arrival.
~ This is a NON smoking unit. If sensors are triggered there will be $250 remediation charge no questions asked.
~ ID is required for all guest on the reservation and must be sent 1 day before arrival.
~Comes with parking for 1 vehicle only.
~ NO PETS: If you intend to bring pets of any sort, service or other please let us know in advance so we help you find an alternate property that will better accommodate your needs. Violation of the NO PETS rule will terminate your rental agreement with no refund.
~ Property is monitored by cameras. The cameras are OUTSIDE the home and in owners closets ONLY. Disabling of these cameras will terminate your rental agreement without refund. **THERE ARE NO CAMERAS INSIDE THE RENTED GUESTS SPACES~
