'The stay was very comfortable, certainly in line with expectations based on the advertised features of the property.
The front desk lady was genuinely willing to be helpful, and offered us a room in the back, which was quiet, facing away from nearby streets. This made for a memorable welcoming experience.

'I love the location! Element Hotel is a walking distance to the Metropolis mall, grocery store right across the street. It is safe to walk around. There are many restaurants to pick from and the place is clean. The staff are very nice and friendly.
