'I stayed in one of their cabins. Beautiful, clean, comfortable, well taken care of, amenities just like it states. Check in was easy, instructions were sent right to me which allowed me to go directly to the cabin. Did go in the office, so friendly and so nice. Firewood for sale at the office, just FYI. I will definitely go back again. '

'Our experience was not so great, we made our reservation 5 month in advance, but we got a very noisy room with no mountain view. Our check in took a long time and then they tried to sell us extra stuff...'

'The hotel lobby, breakfast area was fairly new looking, lots of seating. Staff was very friendly. The rooms were not bad other than there is no place to hang clothes or towels in the bathroom or anywhere to put your soap or shampoo. The tv was a bit confusing to operate and the guide didn't work. Had to flip through to find the channel. Other than that, would definitely stay again. '

'The elevator smelled horrible. The hallways dingy. There was some nastiness on the back of the bathroom door & when I used my hairdryer & flat iron we flipped a breaker. No ice bucket, lights didn’t work. The bed was clean & staff super nice is the only reason I have a few stars. '

'First room, phone didn't work. No remote for tv, when we got one it didn't work. Toilet was leaking all over the floor. Had to go to a new room. Key card wouldn't open door to get into hotel. Luckily staff personnel was there and let us in. Someone was supposed to bring us a new key card. Waited an hour, never showed. We had to go to the office to get it. Didn’t like climbing the steep hill where our room was. We like to leave the car parked and walk the town. The climb up was incredibly...

'Like most properties is Gatlinburg the place is outdated '

'In one of the 2 rooms we had, there was a big wet sticky spot on the carpet. In the other room there was a chair from where the seat was loose and the other chair had a screw sticking through the seating. The rooms looked outdated. There was a big fairly new fridge though.'
