'Great stay just be prepared for the noise all night. Ear plugs provided were helpful but can get uncomfortable mid sleep. Breakfast was tasty and they accomodated an earlier one since we had to leave for a tour bright and early. Our transport was on time both times.'

I booked deluxe room with breakfast for 2 nights. After arriving exhausted early evening, I was told that there is no room available, they wanted to put me in a tiny room with single bed, no window? 'We had a great time at this hotel. The staff were the highlight, in which nothing was too difficult for them and they were always there for whatever we needed. In particular Alaa, Ahmed and Youssef were amazing and made us feel extra special. The location is excellent if you want a view of the Pyramids of Giza which we had a lovely room right in front of them and also the new Grand Egyptian Museum. 'I have never seen a hotel this bad. The lies about the name and adr. It looked like a war zone. No working lift and I had to walk to the 8th floor. The entire hotel was as in someone’s apartment complex and I thought I was going to get murdered. Do not go here!!!'
