'It was okay, not the worst but surely not close to being good. As I walked through the door it smelled like cat litter that needed to be changed. The hot water heater had been down for three days. (I did receive a call before hand that there was no hot water). The bed was very firm mattress.

'Stayed in 2 adjoining poolside rooms and the kids loved it! The room was very clean and the AC was awesome. Beds were comfortable and the included breakfast would have cost out family of 6 almost as much as one of the rooms if we went out for breakfast. It was hot and fresh and very good.
There are upgrades going on, but if you don't mind the look of progress, it won't impact your stay in the least.'

Room was clean and had a nice balcony to sit with our morning coffee facing the mountain. We enjoyed walking the property in the evenings and strolling around the pond and courtyard area. Parking was available right in front of our building for ease going in and out as we left for day activities. The food at Eagle and Owl on the property was excellent. We hit one small snag...

'Me and my daughter came to town for a film festival so we weren’t at the property very much throughout our stay. However, the rooms were clean. The grounds was well kept and the location was near a Walmart and gas stations had we needed anything in a pinch. It was also a fairly quiet location. Staff was nice; good coffee. '
