"Let me first start with the staff, which is great, so nice and friendly! The room is nice, with a good bed, would say it’s more like 4 stars, but it’s omgood. The bathroon needs renovating. The sealants are yellow and on some places black and the water pressure is really low. I would make the fountain a little smaller, remove the foot shower and make a seperate bath and shower. The lunch options (near the pool but also in general) are far too limited and don’t live up to a 5 star hotel. For example no club sandwich or chicken burger. Please have a look at other restaurants there menu. The view is great, the pools are really nice and the beds near the pool also very good. One last point of critics. Paying for the spa (just the use of the swimming pool and jacuzzi) at a 5 star hotel is not okay."

"In het restaurant was het soms zoeken om borden en bestek te vinden. Dat kan beter. Heel goed hotel voor wie houd van zwembad, shows, poolbars. Goede kamers en alles is proper. Ook veel voor kids aanwezig. "

"Airco temp is not adjustable. The thermostat is hidden in the ceiling which is only accessable by technician. We had a room on the sunside. The airco could not cool the room to a comfortable temperature. Loose floortiles in the room. Internet would fail constant!! I checked out 4 days before ! The manager agreed a refund of 2 days of the four but denied later!!! Awfull Experience !!! "

"Gemiddeld 6/10 voor de aquapark en ligging want Locatie is perfect! Hygiene laat de wensen over. Hotel was overvol, geen plaats te vinden aan zwembad. "

"this a very good hotel, nice large rooms, very good breakfast and dinner. nice helpfull staff. One miner point is the airco-system, this is centrally regulated which I found less comfortable."
