'The hotel is very well located, very close to the beach, and the rooms conditions are acceptable, and the breakfast is good. In this sense, the only negative issue is that they don't have an elevator. But the noise at night is unbearable, due to the own party room attached to the hotel and the closer mega discotheques that are, the whole night, with music at very high volume (they are the venues for wedding celebrations or similar events). Without the noise, the hotel would be a good place...

'Clearly management made a bad decision, trying to blame the poor maintenance on COVID-19. I considered the lies for only 1 night (had 5 booked) and quickly moved my family to the competition just up the coast. Bran-Brad-Bega should be labeled a 2-star hotel at best. Everything about it reminded me of trips to Romania in the early 90s. Sad situations were then blamed on fallout from the revolution; now some Romanians are trying to leverage COVID-19 to mask their incompetence!'

'Our stay was great. We stayed on the top floor and our room seemed to be brand new. The bathroom was very clean and our room was large. We didn't hear any noise from outside when the windows were shut and the air con was good too. The breakfast was pretty good, had plenty of variety from salads, cooked meat and eggs, cereal, fruit and yoghurt. The restaurant menu though was excellent and the quality of the food we thought was better than the tourist restaurants along the beach, so we ended up...

'Dit hotel is zo slecht en geen enkele ster waardig. De kamers waren vies. Een suite voor 4 volwassenen bestond uit een 2 persoonsbeschrijving en een slaaprek ja letterlijk een ijzeren rek met een topper van 4 centimeter. Hoe moeten 2 volwassenen hierop slapen? Het ontbijt was net zo smerig als de rest van het hotel. Geen woorden voor dit hotel en begrijp niet hoe jullie dit durven aan te prijzen als een 4 sterren hotel. In het hotel hangt een akelige waardoor je zo snel mogelijk weg wilt!...
