We are always here to greet new guests irrespective of the hour of arrival (we know flights can be delayed and trains can be late), as long we know you are coming and when. Otherwise we staff our B&B a minimum of 12 hours per day from 7AM to 8PM and are available for any emergencies, for this reason it is at your disposal at desk a telephone for all our guests and we also leave upon arrival our personal emails addresses to reach us at anytime. We try to make that clear on our website and when making reservations, but we can always do better and we appreciate the feedback. Estamos felizes em saber que ele apreciou o nosso bem-vindo, nossa cortesia e atenção ao cliente e nossa fantástica localização perto do Vaticano. Ao mesmo tempo lamentamos saber que a sua estadia não foi perfeita, nós sentimos muito. A estrutura está localizada em um belo edifício do século XVII. Nós cuidamos com constância da manutenção ordinária e extraordinária do B&B. Quanto ao quarto, infelizmente somos penalizados pelas paredes brancas, escolhidas para dar mais luz ao quarto. Nas paredes brancas é mais evidente se o cliente bate uma mala. O carpete é novo, os quartos são insonorizados. O ruído é muitas vezes devido ao comportamento de cada cliente, mesmo se pedirmos um comportamento respeitoso e apropriado das 21h às 10h (não fale alto no corredor, não mantenha a televisão, não bata as portas para evitar incomodar os outros).
