Posto fantastico! Struttura immersa nel verde e di una bellezza rara! Personale di squisita gentilezza. L’unico suggerimento che darei è di ampliare la scelta della colazione, includendo il salato e magari qualche prodotto locale. Diventerà la mia base per i viaggi in zona!

Beautiful farm resort. English not spoken or understood well. Our key wouldn’t work and had to be opened a few time with the master until they could go out and get a replacement guess they only keep one key. Ordered dinner when my wife didn’t get her order as we both ordered the same thing the waitress even confirmed by holding up two fingers. The child’s was not translated cost €16 and was terrible. The waitress said chicken nuggets. It was a fried paper thin dry breaded chicken filet my grandson wouldn’t eat, I wouldn’t eat and I don’t think my dog would. Waitress forgot to return my credit card although ten minutes later I came back to because I couldn’t get the air conditioner to work She didn’t know how to use it either. So after we left and was an hour away I got a call that they had my credit card. Also left phone charger and expensive power converter in the room they wouldn’t check or ring the room to get it back. When I finally returned for the credit card they said I owed for breakfast I said breakfast was advertised they said not included. I didn’t order anything they brought over 3 four ounces glasses of some kind of over sweetened fruit drink not juice a plate of six small hard cookies with a dab of jam in the center. Three slices of Prosciutto and a few slices of bread. If I knew this is something that I’d have to pay for I wouldn’t have got it free hotel breakfast are better the what they gave you. unfortunately he is very liar and very bad there. on arrival she broke the lock. his reservation was made on a room only basis. instead he wanted to have breakfast and mon didn't even want to pay for it. at dinner she was served the menu in English where the price of the children's menu was written. and what he understood was also written. unfortunately, besides being a liar, you are also a thief. You didn't want to pay for breakfast. your credit card was returned to you because we found it. Dopo aver effettuato un mese e mezzo prima la prenotazione per la mia famiglia ( io, mia moglie e un figlio di 7 anni) per una stanza matrimoniale (opzione che il sito Hotels.com permetteva) e pagato l'intero importo con carta di credito per un totale di 81 euro, all'arrivo in Agriturismo la direzione pretendeva il supplemento di 15 euro a notte per mio figlio. Nonostante le mie dimostrazioni di aver effettuato regolarmente e interamente il pagamento del soggiorno come previsto dal vostro sito, il titolare pretendeva obbligatoriamente il pagamento del supplemento succitato, dichiarando di avermi inviato nella mattinata un'email in cui mi informava di questa situazione. Essendo la mia prenotazione suscettibile a cancellazione gratuita fino a 48 ore prima della fruizione del soggiorno non mi risulta corretto essere avvertito soltanto la mattinata stessa del mio arrivo in loco. Ritrovatomi ormai quel giorno senza alternativa per trovare una nuova sistemazione ho provveduto al pagamento dell'importo richiestomi. A questo punto riterrei giusto da parte vostra la restituzione delle 30 euro che ho dovuto pagare ingiustamente. Attendo una vostra risposta, Grazie.

Ma che risposta vuole? Avete preso una matrimoniale e vi siete presentati in 3. Sostenevi che il bambino dormiva in mezzo a voi. A 13 anni? Ahahahahah ma dai. Ce provate sempre. Che orrore
