Dear Ramanath, We read you review. We clean the kitchen everyday. The dishes and utensils are cleaned by the guests who use them. However, not a few of them do not respect the house rule. Per quanto riguarda la pulizia del bagno. Nel dormitorio può capitare non sistemato dopo essere usato dagli altri room mates ma ci sono diverse sezioni dei bagni comuni in corridori su ogni piano. Dear  Regiane, We read your review and felt sad rather than sorry. It was a small mistake made by our receptionist that gave wrong change to your payment with 100€ banknote. It was right he gave it to you wrong but noticed in some seconds and fixed it all. It is very say to recognize you as a person who takes everything negatively. We would like to just some explanation on your comments: The elevator was occupied by other guest and it was not available at that moment. Our staff members are always happy to help you if you just asked to help bring your luggage. The room you booked was a dormitory without bathroom and there are common bathroom sections on each floor. Some bathrooms can smaller than others but there are showers and toilette also available basins. Windows can be opened but window shutters do not fully open as we have had problems some guests under influence of alcohol threw bottles.. 2€ key deposit comes refunded upon returning the key and it is not a charge. In the last, this is also explained as important that the check-out is 10am (or earlier). If our staff member came to you and indicated about your check-out, it means you were remarkably late in checking-out. Our cleaning staff had to clean the bed used before a new guest enters. The price you paid is 7,38€ per night and it included wifi, fresh bed linen, use of fitness gym and hot shower. We wonder if there are not many hostels in the area provide all these. You and your friend made different reservations and on that day we could not meet your demand because there was no way move other reservations. Let's say it was "Checkmate" situation in "Chess". We would suggest you should make one single reservation with your friend when look to stay in the same room, instead of multiple reservations at different times. When you stay in a dorm room, there are possibilities that you may happen to use the bathroom after your roommates but as we delivered information, in this case, we are always happy to clean it if is reported to reception. Also the luggage storage after check-out, We offer coin-lockers to our guests and it is 2€ per 12hours. We are confident this cost is minimum in city for secure storage.
