Good location
Located very close to the Colosseum, Santa Maria Church and train station. Room was very clean and tidy. Hotel is up 5 flights of stairs or there is a small lift. Had troubles with hot water but I think it was under maintenance.

씻는중에 물이 끊겨서 헹구지도 못하고 그냥 잤습니다. 새벽이라 일어나면 물 나오겠지 했는데 아침에도 물이 안나와서 생수물로 이만 닦고 나왔습니다. 변기물도 안내려가고 정말 최악이였습니다. 직원이 24시간 상주하는게 아니라 어디다 말도 못했습니다. 다른곳가세요. 최악!!!!!!! worst!!!

Nada demais.
O hotel serviu para passar a noite. Tivemos dificuldades para encontra-lo e dificuldade no check in pois o recepcionista queria passar o cartão de crédito novamente alegando que não havia recebido o valor da diária. O hotel só foi bom pois fica quase de frente a uma das melhores cantinas romanas: Ristorante la forchetta D'oro. Comida excelente e muito barata!

Das Hotel liegt ca. 10 Gehminuten vom Hbf sowie Colosseum entfernt. Es sind zwei Metro-Haltestellen in der Umgebung. Bei dem Hotel gibt es kein Frühstück, sondern einen Gutschein für einen Kaffee sowie Croissant bei einem Cafe in der Nähe. Das Personal ist sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Das Zimmer ist ok. Das Badezimmer ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Von der Preisleistung jedoch war alles in Ordnung.

El hotel es como un piso en un bloque antiguo, primeramente nos asustamos pero el personal es muy amable y se adapto a la perfección a nuestras necesidades. Por el precio el sitio es muy correcto.

El personal del hotel fue muy amable primero por recibirnos antes de la hora programada del check in, lo que nos permitio comenzar mas rapido nuestro tour, tambien cuando hicimos el check out nos resguardaron el equipaje sin ningun costo hasta que nosotros regresamos del tour, simplimente una estancia muy agradable, adicional a esto el hotel esta muy bien ubicado a unos 10 minutos caminando del coliseo y de roma termini.

Cancelled my Reservation
So I have had 9 days booked with this hotel. My flight came in at midnight and they don't do late checkins (which is understandable). However, instead of keeping the reservation and letting me check in the next day they cancelled my entire reservation! Which doesn't make any sense, they should have asked me first before doing this? Anyways, I am glad this happened because I ended booking my stay the freedom Traveler Hostel and it was the best experience I have ever had in my life! I would have loved to get this place a decent review but perhaps they need to be better at communicating with their guests?

I stayed at the Ares hotel for 4 nights. I had double bedroom with bathroom. There was no hot water in bathroom, just cold water. And I think that's a big minus. Room was dark with dirty walls. Breakfast is included in price, which is one croissant and a coffee.

Does the job
I'm a single traveler, and found this hotel to be brilliant for what I needed. I arrived early, but was able to still check in, which was very useful for me as it meant I could go off without having to drag my luggage around with me. The bathroom in my room was very small, which was absolutely fine for me on my own, possibly not if I was there with my partner. Travelling alone I would definitely stay here again, if I was travelling with a friend or my partner, maybe not.

It would be very useful for those coming for the first time to know that it is in an apartment building and that there isn't necessarily a front desk. The owner appeared to have too much on his plate and was very scatter brained, forgetting promises he made and also did not know the correct wifi login info

飯店離車站不遠，到羅馬競技場步行也可以到，環境安全，還有電梯，只是飯店沒熱水 應該要事先通知住客，不是等住客發現後才應付的態度，之後說修好了，確認後還是沒有熱水，雖然是夏天，但用冷水洗頭也太冷了!

Premier nuit dans un autre hôtel, car je n'ai pu récupérer mes clés de chambre... Si on n'est pas dans le créneaux horaire de la réception, alors il n'y a aucune solution pour récupérer les clés. Pour le reste, et c'est la où c'est bien dommage, il n'y a rien à redire sur la présentation après. seul le petit déjeuner est fait par un prestataire, il faut donc aller à une pâtisserie du coin... Ce n'est pas un buffet et le choix se limite à un café et un croissant le surplus est facturé.

Бронировали двухместный номер с собственной ванной комнатой на одну ночь. Совершенно непонятно откуда взялись негативные отзывы об этом отеле. Нам все очень понравилось! Во-первых, отличное расположение - рядом вокзал и много разных недорогих кафе, где можно быстро и недорого перекусить. Во-вторых, отличное расположение - до многих достопримечательностей подать рукой. В-третьих, удобные кровати, мягкие полотенца, приветливый персонал, чистота и порядок, никакого шума не было, лишь вечером пахло свежеиспеченными булочками:) Завтрак в ближайшем кафе - чашка кофе на выбор и огромный круассан с любой начинкой. Все здорово!

Gutes Hotel super gelegen
Einfaches sauberes Hotel in sehr guter Lage. In einer kleinen Seitengasse, somit sehr ruhig. Metrostation in der Nähe, leckeres einfaches italienisches Frühstück um die Ecke. Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Aufzug vorhanden, allerdings sehr klein.

O wifi não estava funcionando direito no meu quarto, eles se preocuparam em resolver, mas mesmo assim o sinal chegava muito fraco, só perto da porta que funcionava. O lugar é simples, mas arrumadinho e limpinho. O café da manhã é incluído e fica em uma doceria perto do hotel. Tive problemas também com a água do chuveiro, ou era queimando ou fria.

테르미니 역에서 비교적 가까웠던 곳
테르미니역에서 내리면 걸어서 5분이면 갈 수 있습니다. 하지만 데이터 없이 찾아가기에는 조금 힘들 수도 있지만 나름대로 괜찮은 위치라고 생각합니다. 침대 상태도 괜찮았고, 비교적 넓었던 방은 혼자 쓰기에 딱 좋았습니다. 매일 청소상태도 좋았구요 화장실은 유럽이라 어쩔 수 없이 좁아요. 매우 좁습니다. 하루의 피로를 풀기에는 적당하다고 생각됩니다. 아침은 인근의 카페에서 빵하나 커피 한잔 주는데 다 챙겨 먹었습니다. 와이파이도 잘 터졌구요. 추천합니다.

一人旅にはいいと思います。
看板も何もなく、分かりにくい場所にありますが、何とか辿り着けました。テルミニ駅から少し歩きます。部屋は清潔で、フェイスタオル、バスタオル、せっけんがあり不自由しませんでしたが、備え付けのドライアーが壊れており、コンセントに挿してみても使えませんでした。家族での利用はあまりおすすめ出来ませんが、私のような一人旅には十分に思います。

Very good located appartement
The Hotel, better to say Appartement, is very nice located near the Colosseum an other attractive sights. A Bus ticket is not mandatory - you can also walk to see a lot of interesting places. The Appartement has several rooms, also rooms with en suite bathroom are available.

I BOOKED THIS HOTEL VIA EXPEDIA AS PART OF A PACKAGE, STAYED 5 NIGHTS. I WAS PLEASED. THE ROOM WAS CLEAN AND WELL KEPT. SOME PEOPLE MIGHT FIND THE BATHROOM SMALL BUT I AM 1.82, 6 FEET, NORMAL BUILD AND I WAS JUST FINE. THE STAFF WAS FRIENDLY AND I LIKED THE TOUCH OF CONTACTING ME VIA E-MAIL PRIOR TO ARRIVAL SO THEY CAN FOCUS ON MY SERVICE. THEY ALSO ALLOWED ME TO AN EARLY CHECK IN OF 12.00 INSTEAD OF THE USUAL 15.00. I BOOKED THE HOTEL WITH BREAKFAST THAT IS SERVED ACROSS THE STREET IN A CAFFE AND IT IS 1 CUP OF COFFEE AND ONE SELECTION OF CROISSANT, DANISH OR OTHER DOUGH PRODUCT. THE ONLY REASON THAT I GIVE TO THE HOTEL 4 OUT OF 5 RATING, I WOULD PREFER TO GIVE 4.5, IS THAT ONE DAY (THURSDAY) OUT OF 5 DAYS I HAD NO HOT WATER DURING MORNING HOURS.

日本人には向いてないかも⁈
駅からもヴェネツィア広場からも徒歩10分圏内なので便利は便利。ただ、ホテルの近辺が他の場所より観光客も少なめからか治安が良くない雰囲気だったのだイタリア慣れしてる私でも夜歩きはせずに19時過ぎには部屋に戻りました。B&Bなのでトイレとシャワーが共有。割とみんな綺麗に使ってました。部屋も小綺麗。私の部屋のTVはRaiしか映らなかったのが残念。昔の旅館みたいな感じです。受付はチェックイン時の15〜19時しか人が居ません。前後30分は居ないと思ってた方が良いです。料金は前払いでチェックアウトは部屋に鍵を置いて勝手に出る感じです。

Poor management
After prepaying for the room, a month in advance they did not have the reserved room for us. So fortunately they had a room with a shared bathroom so we did not have any other option then taking it.For breakfast which they include with prices is equivalent of having no breakfast as they serve only a coffee and a single doughnut. However the location of the hotel was good.

Great Hotel room, centrally located.
I'm usually not one to rate my stays, but my experience at Ares was a very positive one and I'd recommend it to anybody who's traveling near the Rome area. The rooms are clean and well kept. There're 6 rooms with a few variations between them. Some have their own bathrooms and some you share the common areas. Great Rome experience and a wonderful stay. - op

Good price-quality..Amazing location
We love the hotel. The rooms were clean, lots of space and really comfortable. The location couldn't be better. Everything is two minutes away.You have restaurants and monuments 1 minute walk, and its really close to Termini station The neighbourhood is close to Termini, so lots of ambulant sales going on. We really enjoy it there.

Gut gelegene Zimmer, in schlechtem Zustand
Wir waren in einem Doppelzimmer mit Bad untergebracht. Das Hotel hat definitiv seine besten Tage schon sehr lange hinter sich. Leitungen lagen offen. WC und Dusche waren schmuddelig und unansehnlich. Eine Person mit etwas mehr Körperfülle könnte sich in dem Bad nicht bewegen. Die Toiletten/Bad für alle anderen Gäste liegen so ungünstig, das man jeden Toilettenbesuch mitbekommt. Das Frühstück begrenzt sich auf einen Kaffee und ein Croissants das außerhalb der Unterkunft mittels Gutschein eingelöst werden muss.

Wonderful service and memorable vacations in Rome!
Me and my wife have loved our stay in Rome, specially the wonderful service that we received from our stay in Ares Rooms. A sweet and beautiful little hotel with all the confertable accommodations that you will find in a big hotel. We loved and recommended fully. Big room with a nice bathroom, quiet, wonderful and helpful people in the desk, and the best location for all the site seeing monuments of Rome. Best wishes for all!!!
