Aardige B&B
Ik heb samen met mijn dochter een aantal dagen in deze B&B gelogeerd. Het ontvangst was hartelijk maar een beetje warrig. De gasten waren nl. niet op de afgesproken tijd onze kamer uit, waardoor wij er nog niet in konden. Dit werd prima en vriendelijk opgelost door de aanwezige gastvrouw. Sfeer technisch is de B&B behoorlijk gedateerd, het interieur was niet echt onze smaak (veel prulletjes en wellicht wel echt Italiaans;-). Een groot minpunt vonden wij de gedeelde badkamer en toilet (niet helemaal goed gelezen in de algemene informatie). Er is een keukentje, waar je koffie/thee kunt maken en eventueel heb je de gelegenheid om je eigen eten te koken. De B&B ligt wel in een leuke wijk (vlakbij de Amerikaanse ambassade en ongeveer 15 minuten lopen vanaf het centrum). Er zijn een aantal goede restaurants gevestigd, maar er zijn niet veel winkeltjes, Deze B&B zou ik studenten wel adviseren of mensen die minder waarde hechten aan bovengenoemde punten.

Good evening are laura.leggendo his comment I was surprised especially with regard to his disapproval on the shared bathroom . responsibility for this is not the structure but its oversight at the time of booking since it is well specified in every way room with shared bathroom . Typical Italian trinkets as she lays are furniture ethnic items bought in different parts of the world and give yourself some auks by guests of the B & B . the structure is not dated but respects the palace that hosts 1800

zeer eenvoudige, maar keurig verzorgde b&b
Wij zijn vriendelijk ontvangen, het is een kleine, donkere b&b in een prettige buurt, op loopafstand van het centrum. B&B is erg eenvoudig maar wel heel schoon. Eerste nacht raam open gelaten maar dat is eigenlijk niet mogelijk vwb het lawaai op straat, in deze toch rustige buurt. Met raam dicht geslapen, dat ging goed. Badkamers netjes, wij hebben niet hoeven wachten. Klein keukentje waar je je ontbijt zelf moet pakken. Wij hebben 2 keer buiten de deur ontbeten, op zijn italiaans, dat is prima. Krijg je een voucher voor.

The property location was ideal, being very close to restaurants, bars and public transport facilities. The bedroom was of a generous size, clean, tidy and reasonably maintained, it had a certain charm to it. However, it was very disappointing that the hot water supply was clearly inadequate for the number of people occupying the B&B, my companion found that there was no hot water to shower with after two prior ladies had showered, an enquiry to the proprietor by whatsap about this led to the abrupt response “ it will top up after 30 minutes , but you can use the men’s shower if you need to. The room was not made up on the 2nd day of our stay, I understand that we woke up late, but had vacated the room for the day before the proprietor, Laura, had finished housekeeping. A request for extra towels for the next morning, having come in from a rainy night and needing a hot shower , was met with the reply “it’s too late”..... we would have got them ourselves had we been just told where they were stored. The beds are not, as described on their website, equipped with orthopaedic mattresses, my back is still aching 2 days after return. Bins in the kitchen were to the point of overflowing, not pleasant when there were a lot of people in the B&B. To be fair and give some balance, the kitchen was organised and provisioned for breakfast and was generally clean, there was good wifi available and it was a warm, safe and secure location.

Rom kan vara fantastiskt!
Alldeles lagom och perfekt med god service och uttalad vilja att vi skulle få bästa möjliga upplevelse av Rom. Rekommendationer till restauranger, gelateria och annat var på pricken rätt för oss som ville uppleva romersk mat, dryck och liknande. Att sitta vid ett bord på en trottoar utanför en enkel restaurang och bli serverad vällagad mat är fantastiskt. Dessutom betydligt mer prisvärt än turistfällorna. Grazie mille Laura. 😊

It was a great stay! Laura was a great host and was very accommodating. The rooms were clean and breakfast was set it up daily. I would definitely stay once again! The location is superb.

Gut für ein paar Nächte
Hotel ruhig, nur 4 Zimmer, Frühstück war nicht Frühstück, aber nur etwas wie Snack und nur Süßes (Keks, ein kleines süßes Croasant). Täglich wurde aufgeräumt, Termini U-Bahn mind 20 Minuten zu Fuß.

Great Visit to Rome
The staff were very helpful and exceptionally versed in the area attractions. We could not have been more happy with the visit. The B&B is a model of how they should all be. The location of the hotel was well situated to all of the main attractions. The Free WiFi was a bonus.

Home from home
Lovely warm and pleasant stay here. Laura and Roberta go out of their way to make you feel at home right away. It is located very close to the city centre and is convenient to getting around Rome.

Krótko i konkretnie: polecam :-) I do recommend!
Bardzo nam się tu podobało. Właścicielka i personel są bardzo mili i pomocni. Bardzo dobra lokalizacja z dobrymi restauracjami w okolicy, można dłuższym spacerkiem dojść do większości atrakcji turystycznych Rzymu. W nocy całkowita cisza. I bardzo dobre śniadania :-) Polecamy L'Incanto di Roma! We love this veeeery cosy place :-) and very nice and helpful people there - owner and staff. Location is very good also - good restaurants nearby and healthy (but not too long) walk to visit almost all major sightseeings. Night silence was undisturbed by vehicles nor people :-) Very good in-house breakfasts. We definitely recommend L'Incanto di Roma!

Esto no es un hotel
Creo que deberiais aclarar que no es un hotel, es una casa de huespedes o algo parecido, tienes tu habitación, derecho a usar la cocina, y el baño común. La persona que nos atendió superagradable, pero las condiciones del hospedaje no nos gustaron demasiado. En un apartado nos dejaban los productos para hacernos nuestro desayuno, bastante aceptable, aunque les recomendarian que pusieran cafeteras mas grandes, yo tenia que hacer tres cafeteras para poder desayunar, ya que eran tamaño de un café. La cama era grande, pero lo del somier de laminas que describis no es lo más adecuado, las tablas se caian cada vez que nos sentabamos en la cama. No cobran con tarjeta, con lo cual, como nunca hay nadie, tuvimos que ir nada mas llegar a buscar un cajero para sacar el dinero, con la consabida comisión del banco. Lo mejor que estaba supercentrico

buena tarde son laura! como el sitio donde se ha reservado es claro que la "magia de Roma es una cama y desayuno y no un hotel. El 'encanto de Roma B & B y debido a que ha sido capaz de utilizar todos los días tés cocina café c .. sin tener que pagar extra. La tabla de madera como usted dice caiga de la cama es la primera vez que sucedió ...... y fueron debidamente ajustado. para el café que ha roto otra parte sin mí a pedir una compensación es un café normal para tres personas, y si todavía necesita más grande disponible en la cocina. Amazing place to stay when in Rome. The staff are very friendly and caring! We would definitely return to this bed and breakfast if we visit Rome again. Kitchen was great to be able to cook some meals, and the breakfast was basic but good!

Wir haben im Anschluss an eine kleine Kreuzfahrt einen weiteren Tag in Rom verbracht und uns in diesem liebevoll eingerichteten B&B-Hotel rundum wohl gefühlt.

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilft einem gerne. In dem B&B hat es auch eine sehr sympathische Küche wo man gut kochen kann. Es ist sehr gemütlich eingerichtet und man fühlt sich wohl da.

Il bed & breakfast è carino e accogliente, le camere ampie e pulite. Laura, la proprietaria, è gentilissima e disponibile, ci ha dato un sacco di indicazioni utili per il soggiorno. La posizione è comoda, a un passo da via Veneto e dalla metro, ma in una via piuttosto tranquilla. Forse non proprio adatto ai giorni eccezionalmente caldi come sono stati quelli in cui abbiamo soggiornato noi.

Super séjour!!!
Un super séjour dans ce B&B! Laura est vraiment très sympa, et elle pense a tout! Il y a 2 salles de bain; une femme et une homme, avec un sèche cheveux à disposition, des serviettes et du gel douche. L'eau chaude est au rdv! La chambre est très propre, nettoyée tous les matins, ainsi que la salle de bain. Le lit est grand et confortable. Petit bémol pour les cloisons fines qui fait qu'on entend pas mal le voisin de chambre si il n'est pas très discret... La cuisine est à disposition et le petit déjeuner est bien complet (pain de mie que l'on peut griller, biscottes, petits pains fourés, petits gâteaux secs, confiture, tisane, chocolat chaud, café, oranges fraîches a presser, briques de jus de fruit). Bref tout est parfait! Il y a même un ordinateur à disposition si besoin, et un code wifi gratuit. Le quartier est calme, a 10/15 minutes a pied des stations de bus ou métro. Bref, je recommande vraiment ce B&B pour un séjour parfais à Rome!

Homely but clean
This hotel is clean and pleasant, and the staff is goo. But it's not convenient for a family because there is not bathroom and toilets in the bedrooms. There are only two bathroom with toilets inside for four rooms. And it's not enough. So,in the morning, you have to wait to go to the toilets or to take the shower. The single beds in the room for 4 personns are not really confortable and the room is a little bit noisy. Breakfast is not rich. This hôtel is practical for students or young couples but not for a family. The neighborhood is nice but there is not metro station next to the hotel.

hello! i'm laura from the B&B l' incanto di Roma. when this guest booking the room,book the room whit shared bathroom. the B&B have only 4 rooms and two toilettes,for the women and men. specified in the reservation is. for the breakfast have: croissant biscuits bred jam fruit cereals milk coffee thee and cheese and ham rusks and choccolate! the metro station is 8 minuts by walking! in all the room j have the comfortable beds! thanks!

super hotel, polecam każdemu
Świetne warunki w dobrej cenie. Blisko do centrum, czysto, śniadania ok, bardzo wygodne jest to, że z kuchni można korzystać w każdej chwili i samemu gotować. Laura jest przemiła i pomocna. Z pewnością wrócimy tam następnym razem !

L'incanto Rome
laura was just wonderful-the b and b is really great as you can cook for yourslef, not like a normal b and b. The area is good and not too far from the subway Excellent value for money in Rome.
