La struttura si trova all’interno di una palazzina senza ascensore molto carina e ben curata. La posizione è assai silenziosa e vicina alla Città del Vaticano. Struttura semplice ma ben tenuta e pulita. Il proprietario gentile e disponibile per qualsiasi chiarimento. In generale valuto ottimo il mio soggiorno in questa struttura.

the room is super small, the matress and pillow are of very low quality, the bathroom is very small, the shower is tiny and water easily comes out of it and floods the bathroom. The room would smell like smoke if you leave the windows open The breakfast is basically a collection of some cookies, caned jam/honey, ... absolutely nothing fresh: no bread, cheese, etc, even no toaster unlike advertised. limited dishes, worn-out and unusable pans. The kitchen is shared among all the guests and is quite small too. Also no cleaning service for the kitchen other than the daily one. So you may end-up having to clean after other guests if you need to use the kitchen utensils later in the day. On the positive side, the property manager is very responsive and helpfull in answering questins (via WhatsApp), although you probably won't meet him or any other staff in person.

Cara Lara ci fa molto piacere che tu abbia apprezzato il Bed&BikeRome ovvero il primo Bed&Bike di Roma . Il noleggio da noi ovviamente è gratis ed in più i cicclisti che vengono con la propria bici hanno tutti i servizi a disposizione . Garage - lavatrice asciugatrice e banco da lavoro per piccole manutenzioni. Grazie a presto

I liked the area it was in, walking distance from the Vatican and very close to the busses! It was very clean and always stocked. Didn’t have a single problem here!

Highly Recommend
I would highly recommend this place to anyone and would happily come back if we come back to Rome. Our great experience started even before arriving. The owner, Claudio, was very accommodating even before we got to Rome. He was very easy to get in contact with and was a great help. We used the private shuttle service offered through the Bed&Bike and the drivers Daniel and Emanuel were very helpful and kind. Our room was clean and comfortable. It was in a nice location by the Vatican City and close to both metro and bus stops that we used to get around. Thank you for the great stay!

Disappointed to say the least
On arriving to the studio apartment there was a distinct damp smell. There was a coffee machine with instructions of how to use or what to put in it. No kettle either. Double bed instead of single beds-despite requesting in the booking over 3 times. The hanging rails are too high to reach-need to stand on a chair to reach them. No instructions on how to use anything - would be good to have a simple guide of how things work in the apartment, (especially the washing machine). Local taxi numbers, how to use the buses, local restaurants & bar would have been useful. The washing machine did not work-we had no clean towels after 4 days so decided to wash them, together with our clothes-which then got stuck in the washing machine. No reply to my text message. They said their phone didn’t work. Couldn’t come out until 10.30 Sunday morning meaning we either could not shower or had to wait until they had been before we could go out. Given this was our last day-not good! When we got home later that evening there was water coming out of the machine and water all over the floor which we cleared up. All in all we feel quite disappointed at our room & service we have received. Sadly I wouldn’t recommend.

unfortunately I would not recommend anyone to host you! unfortunately there is no possibility to review the guests. Making a letter of presentation of the house and the area is a nice idea, thank you. Normally, during the check-in I describe the house, the area and the attractions of the city. dialogue with the guests, we exchange messages and the whole stay is fine. in your case the dialogue was impossible because from the first moment you began to ask and demand services not due in a holiday home, which is not a hotel !! the day after your arrival the cleaning lady cleaned your apartment, divided the beds and changed the towels, this was not a service included in the price as it was not included in the price the 20 coffee pods that you have consumed in two days . I answered your message after two hours because I had no line on the phone, in those two hours you broke the washing machine and flooded the house. you have to thank us because we did not pay the damages. the apartment was incredibly dirty and our cleaning lady took three hours to clean all your filth. please do not come back to find us, it's not a pleasure for us. Bye

Excellent welcome from the start. Hosts (Nadia) was incredibly flexible with our checkin and checkout times. Really went the extra mile to help us settle in. Clean, modern room. Fleshly decorated and maintained.

Nadia was amazing. Great costumer service and willing to help with any questions. Map free, complementary breakfast free including coffe. Have an expreso machine that is amazing in the kitchen. If you like to ride bikes this is your place. The cleanliness of this place is outstanding. Besides there is this restaurant that I recommend, is all home made including the pasta. The owner and his helper are fantastic. Close to the clodio station where u grab all the busses to the city including the coliseum and the metro station as well. You can walk easily to the Vatican and all the other plazas if you like to walk! First time in Rome and was amazing! Ac in every room that’s a plus! Will be back!

4 giorni di relax dormendo in B&B zona vaticano.
Prima volta a Roma per mia moglie. Abbiamo soggiornato 4 gg in questo B&B. Zona tranquilla a 30 minuti a piedi da Piazza S. Pietro e 15 minuti dalla fermata della metro.. Molto pulito. I gestori simpatici e le biciclette in dotazione per girare Roma. Si puo' chiedere di piu per una vacanza?

The room was nice and the bike theme was cute. I personally didn’t use the free bike rental included with the room price, but it seems like an awesome way to get around Rome.
