Spacious, cozy, quiet and recently redecorated (November 2024) apartment next to Vatican Museum (10 min walk).
The “Cipro” metro station is just 5 minutes walk away and just 3 stops away from Piazzale del Popolo and Rome historic center.
Ideal for families or group of friends.
The apartment is fully refurbished and is equipped with everything you need to enjoy your stay: free wi-fi, air conditioning (in both bedrooms, in the living room and the studio), building centralized heating, smart TV, Lavazza “A modo mio” coffe pods machine, kettle, toaster, microwave oven, dishwasher and washing machine.

The apartment has two double bedroom (bed size 160 x 200 cms), a bathroom with shower in the night zone, a living room with open kitchen and with a closeable zone (making a third bedroom) that have sofa bed (bed size 140 x 195 cm - it will be prepared only in case of 5 guests booking) and with ensuite bathroom with shower, a balcony.

Guests will have access to the entire apartment.

Let us know if you need help or advice on:
- Private taxi from/to airports, train stations and Civitavecchia harbor.
- Private guided tours to archeology sites or museums.
- Rome private custom sightseeing tour in a golf cart.

Always vigilate children when they are on the balcony.
Toilet use: Don't throw anything in the toilet but toilet paper. Failure to comply with this rule could cause serious damage to the toilet and lead to charge for repair costs. All other objects (e.g. cotton buds, dental floss, ...) must be thrown into the bin.
As requested by Italian law, upon check-in the guest will be requested to provide id document for any person hosted and will have to sign a rental agreement in Italian.
For stays equal to or greater than 14 days, a payment of € 180 in cash is required upon check-in as an addition to the cleaning fee for housekeeping and the change of all linens on the day in the middle of the stay between 10:00AM and 04:00PM.
Late check-in from 09:00PM to midnight costs 30€ to be paid cash upon check-in. It's not possible to check-in after midnight.
Host is not responsible for any guest belongings left or forgotten in the house after checkout time.
