We are NOT an Hotel, we are a GUEST HOUSE. The apartment is located in a prestigiuos Historical building from 1928, 500 metres far from the Saint Peter's Basilica/Vatican. Of course i understand that not everyone can appreciate beautiful things... You have booked a room with private external bathroom and you have got a room with a private external bathroom, and you are complaining about your room having a private external bathroom? We of course have also rooms with private internal bathroom, they're just more expensive, you could have booked one of those but this one was obvioulsly cheaper. The customer service is not supposed to do anything else that receive you, register you and lead you to your room. You are supposed to contact us in advance and you did not so we did, to ask arrival time and affer help to get here by public transports. We also gave you courtesy keys to leave your luggage at the reception an collect it, you have left the courtesy keys in the room, left your luggage in the room left the apartment and brought the keys of the room with you, WELL DONE. If you want the services of an Hotel you must book an Hotel.

L'ospite, nonostante le nostre ripetute richieste in merito al suo orario di arrivo, non ha mai risposto, lo abbiamo aspettato fino alla chiusura del check in senza avere sue notizie, si è presentato un'ora dopo la chiusura del check in (Sulla pagina è specificato che la struttura non accetta check in al di fuori dell'orario di arrivo) ed ovviamente non ha trovato nessuno a riceverlo. L'ospite non ha quindi soggiornato presso la struttura.

You had booked 4 rooms and you didn't even realize it, we pointed this out to you and we proceeded to cancel 2 for free. A couple of days before arrival you requested to cancel one of the 2 rooms but we advised that you were in penalty. "Ok, let's keep the one for 3 guests." You showed up at midnight (We could have refused the late check in since after h19: 00 we are not required to let anyone in, but we did not) in FOUR and in a hurry the colleague had to add a single bed in a room which absolutely did not foresee it, and you had the nerve to complain that the room was small. workers are painting the building, they start between 8/9AM, never at 7AM. We charged you for the 2 rooms, the late check in and the extra bed. We did it the next day because you ran away without paying. Yes, people like you MUST STAY AWAY.
