Goede locatie op loopafstand veel bezienswaardighe
Rustige B & B op 5 minuten lopen vanaf het drukke Trevi en iets verder vele andere bekende plekken. Allesandro, Eloy en de rest vh personeel zijn zeer behulpzaam en uiterst vriendelijk. De sfeer is huiselijk en het ontbijt wordt genuttigd op een prettig terras.

Super weekend Rome
Daphne Trevi zit op een practische locatie, de grote bezienswaardigheden zijn op loopafstand.Er zijn goede restaurantjes in de buurt. Voor ons zat de beste 2 deuren verder op. Als we 's ochtends op pad gingen dan waren ze al bezig met het bereiden van verse pasta of taarten door oma. De receptie van het hotel is super. Heeft tips voor restaurantjes of boekt een museum, zeer behulpzaam. Ook is het mogelijk om een mobiel van het hotel mee te nemen voor het geval dat.Na het boeken kregen we keurige mailtjes die je helpen om van het vliegveld naar het hotel te komen.

Decent stay
We booked for 3 nights of stay in Daphne Luxury Suite. However, we were told on the morning of our check-in, that the proposed apartment was dirtied by the heavy rain, and we had to stay in 2 separate units. 2 of us had to stay in a 3 star looking tiny room, while the other 4 stayed in a Junior Suite 2 floors away. To add to the inconvenience, we had to relocate to the original proposed apartment the next day, which messed up our Day Trip plans. The caretaker lady was very kind, and she helped us shift all the luggage through different floors, into the new apartment. The 2 bedroom apartment on level 1 was clean, and has a good working kitchen. It also has a washing machine, for those who wish to do their laundry mid-trip. The ensuite bedroom has a shower stall inside its room, but you still have to step out of your room, if you need to use the loo. Daphne Luxury is within walking distance to Trevi Fountain(20min), and Rinascente(10 min). It also has supermarkets, pharmacies and trattorias nearby.

Esta en un callejón sucio y apartado. Llegue a las 23hs y no tenia instrucciones para entrar. El señor super desagradable y quiso que me moviera de habitación 3 veces en una estancia de 4 días. La habitación sin luz que da a un patio sucio y ruidoso. Todo muy descuidado. Super caro para lo que es. Me cobraron 70Euros de mas y no me dieron ni factura ni explicaciones (a pesar de que los impuestos estaban desglosados en el precio de expedía!). Imposible contactar al la gerencia del hotel durante y después de mi estancia. Expedia HORROROSO, no me ayudaron a reclamar. No tienen ningún email o teléfono de contacto. Una experiencia super desagradable. NO LO RECOMIENDO. It is in a dirty and secluded alley. I arrived at 11:00 p.m. and had no instructions to enter. The owner was super unpleasant and wanted me to move from room to room 3 times in a 4-day stay. The room without light that overlooks a dirty and noisy courtyard. All very sloppy. Super expensive for what it is. They charged me 70 Euros more and did not give me an invoice or explanations (despite the fact that the taxes were broken down in the shipping price!). It was impossible to be in contact with the hotel during and after my stay. Expedia HORRIBLE, they did not help me to claim. They do not have any contact email or telephone number.

On the positive side, an excellent room in a really great, quiet area within walking distance of many great shops and restaurants. Who knew there was an amazing Michelin Guide restaurant underneath!? (Colline Emiliane: Make a reservation as they were booked up for both sittings for weeks!). Lots of great cafés within one block, so skip the €20 breakfast as it’s not self-serve, as one would expect in Europe. The cleaning person was amazing. There was no “library,” but there was a small common area. Everything was very clean and tidy. In the photos on here, they’ve dressed the entrance to look more hotel-y but keep your expectations low on that front. It’s an apartment building, which they’re very clear about, but that “lobby” photo is a tad misleading. WIFI was weak and spotty at times, the safe wasn’t working, and if you like a lovely blow-out to go out, you’ll need to bring a hair dryer as the built-in conked out after about 30 seconds on high. This wasn't a huge issue for us. Check-in was a bit bumpy. We never received an email with instructions but found a number to text, and as soon as we did, it was all very quick and straightforward. So my advice is to make sure you know how to check in ahead of time and know what you're booking, and you’ll have a great time here!

Horrible! Total disappointment and frustration. I messaged the property owner twice in the last couple of weeks to confirm that we're coming and provide an approximate arrival time. I was supposed to get instructions on how to access the apartment the day my family and I arrive at Rome. Once we got to the airport after a 12 hour flight I found no messages received; I sent a message inquiring why and I received a reply saying the room is closed for "safety reason relating to the pipes". So they waited until I asked for the instructions to be told that there is no room available. I got stranded with no where to go at the airport for about 2 hours and then I had to reserve a rom at a hotel 20 miles away from the Rome historic center since nothing was available nearby at double the price and had to use a taxi / Uber every day to get to the sites we wanted to see. It was a horrible experience I would not wish on anyone.

Booked this hotel through Expedia and was immediately contacted by the hotel to tell me that the last available room had already been booked, and that I would need to contact Expedia for a refund. Expedia has had no success trying to contact the hotel to validate the cancellation. It looks like I am not the only guest to have this problem. Avoid this hotel, they are a SCAM.

The hotel was clean and had the option of Netflix on the TV which was nice. Great location. The check in was extremely frustrating. We did not get emailed an access code prior and had to wait about 30 mins for someone to answer the phone to help us. We were told there would be a code to the wifi in the room, which there was not. We messaged the hotel number about he passcode and never got a response back. The shower did not drain and would overflow in less than 5 mins of having the shower on. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel.

Unterkunft von der Lage her ganz ok. Boden war allerdings mit übermäßig viel roter emulsion verschmiert, sodass unsere Füße komplett rot waren. Es gab kein wlan da anscheinend das defekt war. Fernseher hat auch nicht funktioniert, Klimaanlage lief lediglich gedrosselt. Ich würde niemals wieder die Unterkunft buchen.

Street location was garbage strewn alley. No one was there when we arrived and there was no notice on the door as to what bell to press to get someone's attention and no one answered the emergency number. After waiting in the alley for some time with all our luggage, a guy delivering take out food to one of the apartments let us in the lobby, and one of the guests told us that no one was there and tried to call for us with no luck. Finally the manager came by, didn't seem to know about the reservation or who Orbitz was but finally we got into the room. This was after a long flight . We were tired and dirty and very frustrated and alarmed - left by a cab in Rome in a filthy alley with all our luggage and no one to help.

Wonderful place location! You can walk just about anywhere. Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps, Colosseum, Vatican City, Pantheon, etc... The apartment was easy to find, very clean and felt like home.

More to be decided from a service point of view
The hotel has nice clean rooms and is placed in a great silent location close to everything. However everything around the service provided, was not on the level I would expect. We had to wait 1hr for check in, as there had been some problem with the system. On the second day, one of our cards had stopped working, and that was another 30 min wait to get into the room. The in-room breakfast was late on both days - one day almost 1hr late, which led to us having to postpone our check-out. What could have been a nice stay was ruined by a lot of waiting, which is not ideal when you have a shirt stay.

A very good choice
Location was very good, and easy to find. A walking distance (5-25 min) to all the tourists attractions. The check-in was easy and we felt vey welcomed. The rooms was spacious, clean, and is equipped with smart tv, connected to the internet (Netflix, youtube). The breakfast could have been just a bit better, with more varieties.

L’hôtel était très bien situé très proche de tous les grands sites cependant le prix de la nuit reste élevé car la télévision était inexistante et la chambre manquait de rafraîchissement .

Wi-Fi não funciona, só na recepção que fecha às 20:00 hs. A TV do quarto não está instalada, não funciona nem Canal. Free. Elevador só cabe a mala claustrofóbico. Os lençóis são limpos, mas por causa do frio, tem que usar o cobre leito , não tem cobertores ou similar

Dear Sir, Everything is working perfectly and as we explained to you, we have smart tv's therefore you can connect your self to the wifi (that is optic fiber fastest and strongest signal there is) and watch movies international channels etc... If you were cold you could have just turned the heating on with the air conditioning. Kind regards, Cesare

Good luck finding this place. Time said check in was by 8pm, our taxi driver got up there at 7pm. No one was at the “hotel” nor in the building. Once we actually found a way into the building it looked like it was a business or residential building. We climbed about 7 flights of stairs trying to find this “hotel” with no luck. Had to walk down the street to another hotel just to be able to sleep somewhere. Spend an extra $400 for a new hotel and this hotel refuses to give us back our money even though we didn’t stay there!!! Worst experience ever! Do not go here!

Dear Kat, We are truly sorry to hear this from you. I guess something went wrong because staff is always scheduled to remain until 8PM, we never got any request of refund, this is probably the main reason you couldn't see you money back. Our reception is on the 5th floor, we don't understand why you went some floors up . As we clearly say on websites and email THIS IS NOT AN HOTEL, but a B&B , which is situated in a residential building. We are sorry you couldn't check-in with us , all of our guests love their stay because of our neat service . Kind Regards

Great location to City Center area. Rooms are very clean and updated. Excellent breakfast in morning in a very charming sitting area. Ceaser was extremely helpful and customer driven for any questions or requests, and went above and beyond. Great value!
