Très bien situé pour visiter le centre de Rome
L’emplacement est très bien pour aller visiter à pieds le centre de Rome. L’hôtel est très calme. Le personnel est souriant et très accueillant.

This is a 2* hotel not 3.5* like Travelocity has it! This is an old apartment complex turned into hotel. Very small, no room to move, noisy hallway, no one at front desk if I had any questions or problems, the breakfast is terrible, hardly anything there. What I saw in the pictures is nothing compared to reality. I only liked the location. We needed 3 keys to enter our room. Very very very disappointed!! I only went there because I thought the rooms are like the pictures. It was small, old, smelly!!! Not what I was expecting or what I paid for!!!!

El estado general del hotel, la habitación estaba totalmente en mal estado. La pintura de las paredes despegandose, un hueco en la pared de la ducha, no lo recomendaría y menos por los mas de 90€ que pagué por una noche

Établissement propre, les horaires affichées avec présence de personnel n’est pas respecté. Nous avons eu un problème de climatisation qui a été résolu la dernière nuit de notre séjour.

- small room, a few things need to be repaired - the meal pretend to be a breakfast, maybe od they use products from bakery downstairs, to will be more bareable - noisy, from outside and corridor inside - misscomunication with reception guy; he told that ride from ciampion will take 2h, and to was only 40min; more over he closed reception 1h earlier before to was confirmed in Booking - however location is pretty good as well restaurant and bakery under the hotel

Dû attendre sur le trottoir pour 30 minutes afin que la personne responsable vienne nous ouvrir la porte. Il ne s’agit pas d’un hôtel au sens propre du terme mais d’une partie d’un étage d’un immeuble à logements qui est transformé. Il n’y a pas de personnel en permanence sur place.

Personale gentile,ma stanze prive di tapparelle da cui entrava la luce al mattino,senza comodini.La sera fino a tarda ora,forti rumori provenienti dal ristorante di sotto,colazione scarsa e a malapena trovavi la sedia dove sedersi per non parlare che la sala colazione è inesistente per cui anche solo per prendere quelle poche cose a disposizione avevi grosse difficoltà.Rimasti pure senza corrente dalla mattina al pomeriggio.Molto al di sotto delle aspettative.

salve,gentilmente potrebbe ricordarci in che stanza ha soggiornato: parla di stanze prive di tapparelle che affacciavano sulla strada cosa che a noi non ci risulta avere. Riguardo la colazione, serviamo una colazione dal gusto mediterraneo abbondante. per la corrente chiediamo scusa, purtroppo non è stata una nostra colpa cordiali saluti

Hôtel très accueillant , très propre.le personnel de l'hôtel est très serviable. Le petit déjeuner servi est vraiment diversifié et très bon . Il est situé dans une zone calme et proche de tous les monuments. Nous sommes vraiment ravies de ce séjour dans cet hôtel.

Un hôtel de quelques chambre au 1er étage d'un immeuble très bien situé là où on prend le petit déjeuner est une zone où dans la journée il y a des petits gateaux par contre pas de vrai petit cappucino le matin nous avons eu un lit rond c'est assez surprenant..

We stayed at DEM hotel for two nights. The hotel has a good location, close to bus and metro station. However, we were disappointed how small the whole "complex" was. The hotel is basically placed at one half of the first floor in a relatively old building. The hotel room was really small; we learned just how misleading the photos of a premises can be. Given that the room was not spacious, we of course could not count to have a normal size bed. There was no closet, for instance. Considering that we stayed in the hotel during hot summer days, the room was filled with heat. We could have opened the window to get a fresh air, however, we decided not to so as then the whole room would be filed with the smell of the bakery below. From the window we saw nothing but big hole underneath. The room did have an air conditioning but it did not work properly. If we turned it on, it started to leak after a while and we had to deal with wet floor. When watching TV, the signal was bad and it was not possible to watch the program without interruptions. In time of a World Cup that can be quite annoying. Overall, it was a rather disappointing experience for the paid price.

molto comodo, al centro della città
siamo stati in questo hotel in occasione della maratona di Roma . molto accoglienti le camere curate nei minimi particolari ..comodissimo.. praticamente in centro ...molta disponibilità da parte del proprietario a riservare una camera anche oltre l'orario del check-out per darci la possibilità di fare una doccia dopo la maratona.

Recibimos excelente atención, incluso nos contactaron antes por el tema del horario de recepción y pudimos coordinarnos muy bien, la ubicación es excelente, esta a dos estaciones del vaticano a dos del coliseo y a una de Termini, abajo hay dos restaurantes donde la comida y la atención es excelente, sin duda pienso regresar.

Ζητήσαμε διπλό κρεβάτι αλλά μας είχαν δύο μονά. Ακόμη κι όταν αδειασε άλλο δωμάτιο δε μας πρότεινε να μας μεταφέρει. Απλά είπε να τα ενώσουμε, μάλιστα δε το έκανε ο ίδιος. Επίσης το πρωινό ήταν τυποποιημένο γαμάτο συντηρητικά.

Greeat little hotel in a great location
Really nice friendly hotel in a great location. Close to Termini station but far enough away to be in a nice area. Easy to walk to most of Rome's attractions. Jessica and breakfast host we extremely friendly and welcoming. Room was nice a little on the small side but we only slept in it. My wife is gluten free and I emailed the hotel asking if she would be ok for breakfast and they brought in bread specially for her, nice touch.

Helt underbar vistelse på hotellet. Ligger i centrum med promenadavstånd till det mesta. Servicen var den bästa vi haft med väldigt engagerad personal, speciellt tjejen i receptionen. Det hjälpte oss med att kolla upp events, shopping, biluthyrning, restauranger, guidade turer och specialbeställde glutenfri frukost till oss. Moderna och fräscha rum med allt du behöver. Enda nackdelen är att väggarna är väldigt tunna och även dörren så det är lyhört, tyst på natten dock.

Tivemos uma enorme decepção. As fotos divulgadas no site do hotéis.com no Brasil não correspondem ao local. Nas fotos divulgadas, os quartos, o mobiliário e o banheiro estão novos e modernos. Quando você chega no local, nota-se que o mobiliário já está desgastado pelo tempo e as paredes estão sujas. Além disso, não há privacidade alguma. A porta do quarto onde ficamos era de frente para a recepção, a menos de 1 metro de distância. Local pequeno e apertado. Trata-se de um apartamento com alguns quartos. O local onde é servido o café da manhã é sofrível, com apenas 3 mesinhas velhas com tampo de madeira, totalmente diferente das fotos divulgadas no site. Café da manhã sem variedade alguma. Outro ponto negativo é a internet. Nunca está disponível. Precisavamos nos comunicar com os familiares no Brasil e reclamamos ao staff que em um dia justificou que havia um problema técnico na internet, em outro justificou que o problema estava na área de localização da hospedagem. Estranho, porque fomos no Mc Donalds que ficava duas ruas acima para ver se conseguíamos usar a internet e havia disponibilidade. Não havia reposição satisfatória de amenities. Tivemos que pedir sabonetes e shampoo. Apesar de todos os contratempos as meninas da recepção e o rapaz que serve o café da manhã são muito amáveis, a cama é confortável e o banho é quente. Mas isso não justifica o preço que se paga, pela má qualidade do lugar. Não volto nunca mais e não recomendo. Propaganda enganosa. Fotos enganam.

Regarding the sounds coming from outside we are working to improve this particular aspect. We are sorry to hear there was no replenishment of amenities, as we assure to all our guests every day the cleaning of the room and the substitution of the guests kit and if not by mistake, the staff is ready to immediately provide it when asked. We serve every day fresh croissants and bread, every kind of cereals and cornflakes, yogurt, hot beverages, ham, cheese and a lot more... We are glad to know you appreciated the help of the staff. Good location within Rome but hotel is still having growing pains. No closet or dresser for clothing. Access to room required three aggravating keys. No sleep to be had due to street and hallway noise. Not a good choice.

Dear Rick, we are glad that you appreciated our central position. As we are in a central position and we want to maintain the old style of the place, we did leave the original doors and keys of the place instead of the new magnetic keys that could be found anywhere else. We do have a open closet that is near our concept of vintage solution. Sorry to hear that it was hard for you to sleep because of the noise and we assure you we are working on the noise issue, but in the nighttime the place is very quiet.
