Goed gelegen. Ruim balcon. Breed bed. Genoeg ruimte. Snoepjes. Maar helaas ook een toilet dat op dag 1 totaal verstopt raakte. Maar ook weer binnen een dag werd gerepareerd. Ontbijt niet opvallend. Maar goed genoeg. Dame receptie vriendelijk. Keuken deed het goed.

Oke, maar niet meer dan dat!
Geen leuke straat, ongemakkelijk entree met trap op en trappen af voor je bij de krakkemikkige lift komt. Tussen B en B en de binnenstad ligt een heuvel, dus voor mensen van mijn leeftijd geen loopafstand!! Matrassen goed maar bedden erg smal. Op de kamer slechts 1 ongemakkelijke rechte stoel, op het balkon 2 houten klapstoeltjes, niet echt om even uit te rusten! Door de plantenbakken op het smalle balkon totaal geen uitzicht, en ook weinig privacy omdat het balkon langs alle kamers loopt! Wel goed schoon en netjes! Flauw ontbijtje 2 witte geroosterde boterhammetjes, met jam en smeerkaas en een zoetig broodje met slechte koffie!! Wel goede schone badkamer!

Vlak bij het Colosseum maar toch in een rustige straat. Het ontbijt was wat karig maar de kamer prima ! Fijn balkonnetje ook.

Prettig verblijf - 5 min. lopen van hist. centrum
Een bijzondere ervaring om met de lift omhoog te gaan en in een appartement deze bed & breakfast te vinden. De service is goed, aandacht vriendelijk, ontbijt prima (mag wat afwisseling). Sanitair prima in orde en heerlijk om op het balkonnetje 's ochtends je ontbijtje te kunnen nuttigen. Goede bedden. Zeer zeker aan te raden voor een verblijf in Rome. Ideaal gelegen op slechts 5 minuten lopen van het Colloseum en het Forum Romanum.

Prima B&B 'no nonsense' in rustige omgeving.
Prima B&B, ontbijt werd keurig op tijd gebracht. Vriendelijk personeel. Wifi viel af en toe uit en 1x waren de bedden niet opgemaakt. Ligging in rustige omgeving. De kamers zijn onderdeel van een woonblok. Wel afhankelijk van het openbaar vervoer (Buslijn 81 ri centrum/Vaticaan)

Good value for money...
The hotel is hard to find because it is part of an appartment building at the top floor. When entering the partly wooden elevator (built in 1959!) makes you feel that you are heading for dissaster. And then, you'll find a nice hotel with friendly staff and comfortable spacy rooms and private balcony's. Except for the breakfast promises at the flyer (no eggs, no fruits, etc) the hotel is good value for money...

Domus Caracalla - Guest House, vlakbij het Colosseum en het Forum Romanum
Dit was een heerlijk hotel. Het bestaat maar uit vijf kamers en is gelegen in een gewone woonbuurt in Rome, maar wel vlakbij het Colosseum en het Forum Romanum. Het hotelpersoneel was erg vriendelijk, sprak goed Engels en gaf ons goede tips. Het ontbijt werd op de kamer geserveerd. Behalve boterhammmen kon je allerlei andere (voorverpakte) dingen bestellen (cornflakes, toostjes, sinaasappelsap, jam etc,). Het allerbelangrijkste was dat de kamer en de badkamer superschoon waren. Allerlei bezienswaardigheden zijn op loopafstand. In de buurt zijn alleen niet veel restaurantjes (wel een paar). Wij hebben genoten van dit hotel. Het enige minpuntje was dat je alles kon horen wat er bij de receptie besproken werd.

Domus Caracalla, rustige oase in drukke Rome
Als je landt op Rome FMO, neem de trein naar Roma Ostiense, is de helft goedkoper dan de Leonardo Express naar Termini en duurt net zo lang. De B&B ligt overal dichtbij en toch ook weer nergens. Het ligt in een woonwijk dus 's avonds/'s nachts is het lekker rustig. 3 buslijnen in de nabije omgeving en metrostation Coloseo op loopafstand. De kamer was modern ingericht en keurig schoon. kleine badkamer maar compleet en een geweldige doushe! 's avonds je ontbijt bestellen, het onbijt bestaat uit veel voorverpakte items. Gekookte ei, koffie en thee zijn vers gemaakt.(boterham/beschuit/cereals/koekjes/jam/ham/smeerkaas/salami/ei/thee/koffie/melk/yoghurt/honing). Het ontbijt wordt op de afgespoken tijd je kamer binnengereden. Er was op onze kamer geen minibar. Wel sateliet TV en wifi (gratis). Je dient wel uiterlijk 01:00 uur binnen te zijn.

Domus Caracalla - Guest House , op loopafstand van het Colosseum!
Het hotel ligt op loopafstand van het Colosseum, heeft sfeervol ingerichte kamers, vriendelijk personeel en je krijgt je ontbijt op bed... wat wil een mens nog meer! Een aanrader!!!

I stayed there for three days Location: good, ten minutes walking distance far from the Colossium 3 minutes walking distance from the bus stop it is located in a very calm neighbourhood the hotel is an apartment inside a resident decades old building so you are a kind of experiencing the real residency in Rome the receptionists were so helpful asking answering my questions breakfast is to be deliverd to your room on the time you request between specific hours and it is good it is rather a kid of house rather than a fancy hotel cleanliness was ok but now wow it is a bit dark in the night to walk in that area but i was coming back so late and no issue happened it is close also to some ancient heritages of old rome overall it was good but little expensive

Propriétaire Super gentille et serviable et qui parle français c'est un plus. Elle prend le temps d'expliquer tout les détails surtout pour le chemin et les visites. Chambre propre et fonctionnelle, petit déjeuner complet. A 10mn du Colisée mais pour les autres monuments il y'a un bus a 3mn le 81 et qui dessert tous les monuments jusqu'au Vatican. Sinon on peut marcher il suffit juste de connaître les raccourcis à 30 mon on est en pleine centre côté Panthéon et autre. Merci pour ce merveilleux séjour madame.

Super établissement. Nous avons été très bien accueillis (notre hôte parlait français ) . Les chambres sont spacieuses et climatisés . L hôtel est à quelques minutes du Colisée et proches d arrêts de bus. Le petit déjeuner était super aussi ( croissant , confitures,yaourt ...). Nous avons apprécié le calme des lieux pour bien reprendre des forces la nuit. Les lits sont un peu dur à mon goût mais sinon si je devais revenir à Rome je séjournerai à nouveau dans cet établissement.

Una piacevolissima sorpresa questo B&B utilizzato per partecipare a un evento alle Terme di Caracalla. Tranquillo, pulito, una signora gentilissima e anche una buona disponibilità di posti per il parcheggio a pagamento e non. L'unico neo una colazione buona ma consumata in camera. Comunque ci torneremo volentieri

Located in a calm and quiet area, lacking any and all traffic, and yet very close to the central parts of the city and the Colosseum. The rooms are incredibly nice, clean and fresh, and the staff is wonderful!

We liked our room very much. We had a bottle of wine on our private porch that runs the length of two sides of our room. There was a cool breeze blowing through our room while we enjoyed the view and relaxed one afternoon. Our bed was comfortable and we liked the bookcases full of books on a myriad of subjects.

Soggiorno gradevole, appartamento confortevole e molto centrale. Abbiamo avuto poco contatto con il personale: all'arrivo le chiavi si trovavano sul pianerottolo e quando siamo andati via le abbiamo lasciate dentro; il secondo giorno abbiamo trovata la stanza ordinata.

A due passi dalle Terme di Caracalla
Ci siamo fermati solo per un pernottamento, ma la camera, sebbene di modeste dimensioni, era pulitissima, dotata di servizi, tv, aria condizionata. Non abbiamo conosciuto personalmente il personale,ma il sistema di accesso è stato pratico, efficiente e l'assistenza telefonica tempestiva e cordiale.

Amazing staff, Nice room and a wonderful breakfast
The staff is so warm and welcoming and really go out of their way to make sure your stay is enjoyable and easy. The breakfast they served was very nice and we had a different meal every morning for the 3 days that we were there. The only downside is that you are away from the main tourist attractions, but if you are open to walking or taking public transit I highly recommend this place. :)

It's ugly hotel within an apartments
It's a hotel inside an apartment. So just imagine an apartment unit is broken down into several rooms and made into a hotel. Besides, the environment is literally not safe, this means that there are a bunch of drunk boys who stares at girls like they haven't see one before plus the lift to the hotel smells like as in someone has pee in it. This hotel is literally a down market kinda hotel. No breakfast, no security and the rooms looks like a freaking cell.

Perfect place to stay in Rome!!!
Gorgeous flat in the residential section of Rome but just a few minutes' walk from the tourist attractions. Also restaurants in walking distance as well. Breakfast was perfect as well.

The hotel has excellent location - pretty close to Colosseo and at the same time away from the tourist busyness. The nearby bus 81 gives a convenient way to reach Piazza Venezia, Piazza Navona and even San Pietro (although the bus is not so regular). The neighbouring area east of the Colosseo is packed with good not-touristy places for dinner. Not at the last - a clean and quiet hotel with a really friendly service.

Perfekt für den Städtetrip mit persönlichem Flair
Das Hotel mit nur 6 Zimmern befindet sich in der obersten Etage eines Wohnhauses. Jeden Morgen haben wir das Frühstück auf's Zimmer gebracht bekommen, welches wir auf unserem kleinen Balkon genießen konnten.Es war alles dabei, was das Herz begehrt und es wurde mit einem frischen Cappuccino / Café serviert. Das Zimmer war sauber und hatte ein kleines eigenes Bad mit Dusche. Das Colloseum ist fussläufig in ca.15 min erreichbar ( Metro-Station " Colloseo").Wir kommen gern wieder!

Good location for walking to coloseum and bus
Only negative is getting into place on arrival . Metal locked Gate entrance with intercom which is not always answered. Staff have limited English. Otherwise excellent continental breakfast. Quiet clean room off beaten track. All you need to have comfortable rest after sightseeing. Would stay here again.

hôtel au top
Très bon accueil, super sympa, chambre calme, propre et bien équipé. Le petit déjeuner au top. Le bus 81 à 100m pour traverser toute la ville par les différents monuments, ou alors à 10min à pied du Colisée, juste nickel. On recommande !

Sono stata benissimo ,pulizia,comodità stanza,la colazione ottima in camera..Peccato per il wifi ,che non ha mai funzionato e la stanza era un pò freddina la notte ,ma ho risolto con le coperte della struttura.Ci ritornerei !
