La recepción de Dulcis Inn, que NO es un HOTEL sino una CASA DE HUÉSPEDES, está abierta de 8:00 de la mañana a 18:00 de la tarde, luego estamos disponibles hasta las 20:00 en la recepción principal y las 24 horas en el número de emergencia que se le ha proporcionado. Reiteramos que no somos un hotel y por lo tanto no proporcionamos los servicios de un hotel, lo cual está claramente especificado en las páginas de los portales de reserva y en nuestro sitio web. Entre los servicios que NO se incluyen está el despertador matutino para los clientes. También está claramente especificado que no se ofrece desayuno, sino que ofrecemos gratuitamente a todos los huéspedes té, café y cruasanes de pastelería, envueltos individualmente por cuestiones de higiene, así como galletas. Nos resulta extraño que los diversos tipos de té que ofrecemos gratuitamente le parezcan desagradables, podría haber optado por no probarlos y dirigirse al bar de enfrente para tomar alguno de su agrado. Le sugerimos tal vez leer mejor los servicios ofrecidos al hacer la reserva para que no se encuentre en dificultades durante su estancia y luego no penalice con un juicio poco objetivo la estructura que le ha alojado.
