La ubicación no puede estar mejor, super céntrico y al que llegas a pie desde cualquier lado. A unos 10min de la Fontana di Trevi. Es un sitio limpio y bonito. La decoración minimalista nos ha encantado y el personal muy atento y profesional. Nosotros hemos cogido la estancia con desayuno y, aunque la variedad no era mucha ( dos tipos de dulce, cereales o para hacer tostadas /sándwich zumo y café) estaba todo muy bueno. Sin duda si volvemos a Roma, confiaremos en este alojamiento sin duda.

Ill start this with saying we travel... A LOT. We also are not one to complain. We enjoy being part of the actual countries and actually prefer to be left alone. However, upon check in we were told that we need to follow them and walked 5 blocks from the shown place. Once we arrived it actually smelled BETTER so we were ok. During tour we were told to beware that the "trash trucks" get loud at 5am. Fast forward, we begin bed and my daughter states that her bed smells odd. We look at it and smell urine. I message the host and went to dinner. Come back sheets changed and while we assumed was corrected it was not the bed smelled like urine and now my daughter (15) has no bed.While falling asleep I wake up to the truck at 5am as promised but assuming that was a passing thing it was not. This truck is not trash it is the market across the small street unloading bottles and metal carts on cobblestone streets.... FOR HOURS. We close the windows and just take it with a grain of salt. Next morning message and they say they sent the "ROOM BOY" to clean it maybe my kid urinated on the bed. Immediately that they state my daughter urinated instead of cleaning the bed. 3 days no clean bed. Then to add insult to injury: The cafe below begins construction. Not basic, nailing and drilling into the floor below us to the point our bed was shaking. From 6am-10am. Every day exhausted we didnt leave til 1pm ruining our trip. When messaging they said this isnt our fault. In 143 trips - WORST.

Very modern rooms and spacious for Rome standards! Location right near Spanish Steps cannot be beaten. Rooms were also very clean. Only problem was the bathroom door in our room did not close properly but can be fixed easily

Al principio muy mal ya que llegamos de noche y nunca recibimos las instrucciones para entrar al hotel ya que las mandaron a la pagina de expedía cuando la reserva se hizo a través de hoteles .com. Me toco llamarlos y esperar mas de una hora hasta que me solucionaron ,ya adentro el aire sonaba y el día siguiente se tapo el baño y se inundo el cuarto .Arnold que es el Handy man del hotel soluciono todo y las dos noches siguientes fueron mejor . Lo único bueno es la ubicación

La propiedad no tiene ascensor y es un pasillo angosto desde la calle que da a una escalera hasta el 1 er piso. Eso no se aclara cuando lo ofrecen como que sería un hotel con recepción y ascensor . Por suerte Arnoldo excelente persona y muy servicial nos ayudó a subir valijas y otras cosas de forma de sobrellevar lo que no se aclara en la información cuando uno reserva.

Wonderful location, centrally located near Spanish Fountains. Arnold the hotel manager is wonderful, helpful, and personable. Could not be more pleased with this hotel. I look forward to staying here in the future.

location excellent but no one was there to open up
Hotel was ok but we had a tough time getting hold of somebody to open up the door for us. No one was in the vicinity to let us in and we had to wait for a long time until this very nice and helpful guy, Arnold, came. Location is excellent!

Beautiful apartment
We stayed in the executive suite and it was a really beautiful apartment, high ceilings and old charm combined with a modern renovation. The location is absolutely amazing, a short walk to so many attractions and streets lined with cafes, restaurants and shops. We had one or minor maintenance issues but the staff were helpful and attentive and extremely friendly. I would highly recommended.
