Een goed hotel in een hele goede buurt. Overal dichtbij. Het hotel zelf is oud. De kamers kunnen wel een opknapbeurt gebruiken. Heel vriendelijk personeel.

Hotel ziet er op de foto’s zeer mooi en modern uit maar is maar net hoe je de foto’s maakt natuurlijk. Zoals veel in Rome zijn het oude panden en dat zie en hoor je dan ook terug op de kamers. Erg gehorig waar wij dan ook veel last van hadden. Een minibar die ook erg gehorig was en een ochtend met een lauwe/koude douche. Wij hadden ook eigenlijk geen uitzicht op de 1ste verdieping. Kamers we dagelijks tip top opgeruimd met nieuwe, schone handdoeken. Ontbijt was prima maar niet bijzonder. Vrolijke piccolo en een iets norse receptie soms. Rooftop bar was helaas ook gesloten terwijl wij toch nieuwsgierig waren naar dat mooie uitzicht. Ligging wat ons betreft wel perfect om alle mooie locaties te voet te bezichtigen wat we dus ook gedaan hebben. Alles bij elkaar top lang weekend gehad

Het hotel was schoon en prima bedden. Ontbijt liet te wensen over,, weinig broodkeuze, je kon brood roosteren of kiezen voor een croissant met suiker. Wel voldoende beleg en spek, ei etc, veel groenten maar dat hoort niet bij een ontbijt. Koffie uit de automaat was slecht. In de hotelkamer stonken de badkamers naar riool. Waren wel schoon overigens. Heb dit aangegeven bij receptie, zouden het fixen maar is niets mee gedaan. Bij aankomst 27 graden in de kamer, dit aangegeven en de verwarming is vanuit de receptie uit gezet. Temperatuur is niet zelf regelbaar, bleef dus veel te warm. Het hotel ligt vlak bij station Termini, een onveilige omgeving met veel daklozen, straatverkopers en samenscholingen. Wel handig als je met de.hop-on hop-off bus wilt en van en naar het vliegveld.

De locatie is perfect, dichtbij metro repubblica en termini. De receptie medewerkers zijn geweldig, niets was te veel voor ons, ons kamer hebben wij erg vroeg gekregen, gratis drankjes, etc... De kamer was groot em schoon. Ik ga zeker terug!

clean,neat but noisy old machinery
The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. For the price I paid I didn't expect the furniture to be 5 star. So overall I got value for my money. The main problem is : the airco was off in my room but still their machinery made extreme noice like an old locomotif , so I couldn sleep all night, thats the main reason for the bad rating I gave. For the rest, Hotel is very convienaantly located at 2 min from central station , very clean and neat.

Good service at the hotel. We had a room with too much noise from the neighbors (thin walls) and they immediately accommodated us in a more quiet room.

De kamer bleek wat kleiner dan uit de foto’s kon worden aangenomen. Het toilet stond tegen de wand van de badkamer geprangd tussen voetbad en wastafel wat niet comfortabel was. Verder een uitstekende kamerservice. Een zeer royaal ontbijt , verzorgd door zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Top! Wij - mijn vrouw en ik - bezochten eenmaal de pianobar en hebben als enige mogen genieten van een werkelijk uitstekende zangeres aan de piano. De te hoge barprijzen zijn daar allicht debet aan. Jammer want deze dame verdient een groter publiek. De mensen aan het onthaal komen niet altijd vriendelijk/hartelijk over wat een beetje afbreuk doet aan de kwaliteit van dit fijne hotel dat vanwege de perfecte ligging - amper 150m van het Centraal Station- als perfecte uitvalsbasis kan dienen voor bezoeken aan de ontelbare bezienswaardigheden in de omgeving. Toch wel een aanrader!

Kwaliteitsvol hotel nabij Roma Termini.
We verbleven 4 dagen in het hotel. We verbruikten enkel het ontbijt. Zeer ruim aanbod kwa ontbijt. Bar is relatief duur. Service naar wens. Zeer goede ligging: station Termini op 250 meter - diverse kleine restaurants in de buurt. Kamer was redelijk bestoft bij inchecken.

Leuk hotel in de buurt van centraal station.
Erg leuk hotel, centraal gelegen aan het centraal station. Van hieruit vertrekken alle busse, metro's en sightseeing tours. In de omgeving zijn veel leuke en originele restaurants. De kamers zijn niet geel ruim maar absoluut voldoende. Thee en koffie faciliteiten aanwezig + een goed gevulde minibar. De bedden zijn uitstekend.

At first glance, the hotel looks like a hidden gem . There’s a bar by the check in desk , they’re open well into the night. There’s two restaurants and a spa on property. The staff at check in are friendly and helpful. However. Once entering the room, it does not match the energy of the hotel at all. The walls need a major paint job. Scratches and dirt etc. the room itself is of decent size but feels a little empty . The double bed we slept on was actually two twin beds pushed together. Not too comfortable but works for a short stay. The shower/bathroom was pretty decent and clean. My only major complaint is that there is no A/C use allowed. It was mid April with temperatures climbing . Called the desk and they told me to open the windows and we’ll feel better. However, once the windows were open the noise of partying and loud screaming kept us awake for majority of the night. Between the beds and the noise, it was a pretty bad night of sleep. I did not try any amenities on property.

Overall nice. There was a really weird odor in the bathroom but we just shut the door. Had to open windows because the AC is not on at this time of year. Fortunately it was enough to be reasonably comfortable. Nice location and staff was very courteous and helpful. Rooftop bar is cool

Very mediocre and over priced. We felt it was more of a 3 star/ motel as compared to a 4 star. There were no amenities ( body lotion , shampoo etc ) and the floors were not moped once in our 4 day stay despite we pointing it out to the cleaners. The rooms were also in a bad condition and although advertised as good for families- it wasn’t explicitly stating pets allowed. This was a no for us. The rooms also lacked an iron and an iron stand and when requested a broken iron was given to us along with a wooden iron stand ( which was taken back by housekeeping the next day ). The mini bar was extremely noise. And yes, the walls between rooms are invisible - there was no noise barriers at all and we couldn’t sleep at all with neighbours constantly hitting against the walls. It felt quite cheap actually. On the positive, the reception staff was helpful and informative. Apart from the location, we didn’t have a good time. Also, there are better options around the same area. Overall felt we were scammed/ ripped off.

Das Hotel eignet sich perfekt für Erkundungen in Rom. Der Busbahnhof ist fünf Gehminuten, die nächste Metro drei Minuten entfernt. Das Hotel selbst ist einfach nur toll. Die Bar namens „Apotheke“ ist hervorragend sortiert und bietet neben Getränken auch eine kleine Speisekarte. Das Personal ist sehr aufmerksam, nett und hilfsbereit. Allerdings ist der Verkehrslärm ein Thema.

Hotel básico y cumple con lo necesario para su estancia, a 2 cuadras de la terminal de trenes, una excelente ubicación si van a salir en tren alguna otra ciudad. el metro y el bus están a 1 cuadra también, y tiene buenos restaurantes cerca donde comer. el elevador es muy antiguo pero bonito y las habitaciones tienen buen tamaño, la cama si no es muy bueno el colchón, pero para el costo cumple muy bien este hotel, si es recomendable si van a pasear en metro o caminando.

The hotel staff were great can’t fault them. The hotel also looks really nice. However it’s such an incredibly loud place to stay at night. Chairs moving, showers on you can hear it all. Then at around 7am the maids start and it feels like they are playing drums in your room. We did move to the other side of the hotel which we were grateful to the staff at the time for, however we had the exact same issue in that room and barely slept.

The hotel was 5 min walk from the train station. It was 20 mins walk to the main tourist sites. The room was clean, the beds were very comfortable and the hot water shower was perfect. The staff were lovely and very helpful. I would defenitly stay there again the next time I find myself in transit for 24hrs.

The room was fine for our purpose, staying one night very close to the train station. The cost was reasonable for the room/location. The front desk team was very nice. The hotel was walkable to many restaurants and the room was clean. It actually had a lovely floor and high ceiling. The bed was ok. The bathroom floor was flooded after we showered, the shower doors were not secure enough to hold in water. Since we were leaving the flood was ok. Maybe the flood is what keeps the bathroom floors so clean :) Of note, there was soap provided but no shampoo or other products.

Please be aware there is a bar / night club inside the hotel, with "private parties" some nights. If you have a room on the 1st floor, you will not be able to sleep until the party ends. Also we had to be very insistent to get the staff agree to change rooms.
