Kleine badkamer, geen bad, niet behoorlijk op een toilet kunnen zitten door ruimtegebruik. Verder doorgezakte matrassen, zijn ruimschoots aan vernieuwing toe. Minimaal ontbijt, nauwelijks normaal brood te verkrijgen, uitsluitend zoetigheden. Personeel zeer vriendelijk.

Beautiful hotel, a bit away from the tourists.
This is a very lovely boutique hotel in the north east part of the city. Despite not being directly in the tourist area, we found it pretty easy to get around from the location. The room was very nice and had excellent air conditioning, which was desperately needed in Rome in July. The staff was helpful and the included breakfast was also very nice. We really enjoyed our stay.

Goed hotel !
Via Expedia een kamer met balkon boeken bleek niet mogelijk. De oorzaak daarvan ligt echter bij Expedia. De baliemedewerkers zijn zeer behulpzaam en helpen ook echt bij vragen en/of verzoeken. De kamer was relatief klein, maar schoon en gelegen aan een rustige straat. Het enige nadeel is het kamerpasjes systeem; het systeem werkte 2 dagen niet, echter werd dit opgevangen, doordat de baliemedewerkers elke x meegingen naar de kamer. Ook werkt de airco pas bij het toevoegen van het pasje, waardoor het even duurde voordat de kamer op aangename temperatuur was. Verder een fantastisch verblijf gehad!

The property is very well located, on a quiet street witheasy access to bus and metro station, and relatively close to main attractions. The only issues were the AC not cooling it properly and the mattress was not in the best shape, bit for a few days when temps were not so high we could handle it, not sure how the AC will hold during summer days.

The staff was incredibly helpful and accommodating. On our arrival, the property was well-kept and clean, and they even offered us a welcome drink. This hotel and its partners offer free travel guide experiences (at no cost besides gratuities), which was the best perk of staying here. We joined several walking tours with Virgilio and learned so much more about Rome than if we had stayed somewhere else. We are incredibly happy that we chose to stay here and will recommend to our friends from the USA to stay here in the future. Our checkout time was prior to breakfast hours, and the staff even offered us a to-go breakfast and coffee to be ready at checkout and lined up a taxi for us - 5/5!!

Lovely staff at this hotel. And they offer excellent free tours to show you around their city, which are done with a brilliant guide who is extremely knowledgeable about Rome. And will show you things you would probably miss out on.

I picked the hotel as it was close to both the Station Termini (10 mins) and also most of the main sites of central Rome (10-15 mins). On arrival the staff were very friendly and able to offer lots of advice on places to visit. The room itself was quite spacious for a hotel room in Rome and also very quiet considering its central location. Room was in good condition and clean as well as having what was advertised. Welcome drink at 1800 was also a nice touch! Breakfast offered lots of choice, and the ability to leave baggage after check out an added bonus. Overall a charming boutique hotel with character in a historic building coupled with very friendly / helpful staff, espcially Bernadette.

Nous avons surtout apprécié la gentillesse et le professionnalisme du personnel de l'hôtel. L'hôtel est très bien situé à proximité des sites touristiques et en même temps de la gare termini. Seul petit bémol, la rue où est situé l'hôtel est assez sale, mais l'hôtel n'y peut rien.

I wouldn’t say this is a 4* hotel it’s quite dated in its decor & would benefit from modernisation in furnishings, some of the furniture looked worn making the chair/foot stool seats look dirty, room was otherwise clean and staff very friendly. Outside of the hotel there were groups of kids across the road every night which could be unnerving when arriving back to the hotel in the evening, location good for station/metro and main attractions about 15/20mins walk away

We are so sorry about the noise outside our hotel, but fortunately, we are located in one of the streets parallel to the main road, so except for any sporadic event, during the night is fairly quiet, considering the noise of the city itself. rapport qualité prix un peu cher. annonce 4* ne vaut que 3+ taxe séjour très élevé compte tenu de la propreté de la rue et la mal fréquentation juste face a l'hôtel. chambre spacieuse mais salle d'eau un peu petite. malgré le peu de fréquentation je n'ai pas été surclassé comme l'indique l'annonce. j'ai plutôt l'impression quand on passe par votre site c'est le contraire. pot d'accueil ou l'on a pas le choix un fond de procesco.. en revanche literie de qualité. hotel bien placé et accueil chaleureux

You've reserved one the higher category, the deluxe so during your stay we didn't had the change of an upgrade because the junior suites has been reserved from another guest. If you like the room with balcony, we suggest you to reserve the junior suite. About the cost of the city tax we don't have decision-making power. 良いステイでした
フライトの関係で深夜着でしたが、スタッフが温かく迎えてくれました。地下鉄の駅も近く、バス停も比較的近いところに点在していて便利だったし、コロッセオ周辺の観光地やトレビの泉なども頑張れば十分徒歩圏内で立地は便利なところでした。 建物自体はあまり新しくない印象でしたが、調度品や内装はとても清潔で機能的で気持ちよくステイできました。 唯一残念だったのは、3日目の深夜のシャワーでぬるめのお湯しか出なかったことくらいでしょうか(それ以外の日は普通に出てました)。

Love the manager, and all the employees at this hotel as an American it was my first time in Italy, and absolutely had a great experience at this hotel room was amazing walkable to Mosites. The only down part was the parking.

We’re from Texas and stayed 7 nights in the junior suite. Y’all, this hotel was PERFECT. It was very clean, and the staff was incredible. When my credit card got declined (my bank flagged it as a fraudulent charge), they notified me right away and I got it authorized the same day. Needless to say, I was panicking. They even called me back to let me know we were good to go. It’s a historic hotel, about 160 years old, and has been maintained very nicely. Our room appeared to have been cleaned in detail; there wasn’t even any dust on any surfaces, and there was literally no grime. There was no deteriorated surfaces or fabrics, and nothing ragged. I’m a little bit of a clean freak, and I felt comfortable allowing my 23-month old son play in the floor regularly. Even walking around in his socks, they were still fairly clean on the bottom. The elevator is TINY, but remember, it’s a historic hotel and it’s the largest they were allowed to have. But staff brought our luggage to the 4th floor for us and also kept our stroller stored near the front desk, and kindly brought it out to us as we were leaving, usually at least 2x per day. Breakfast was really delicious, and staff asks if you would also like coffee. Again, we stayed here for 7 nights and had breakfast 4 mornings. The breakfast menu doesn’t change, but it’s a buffet style. It was really convenient to head down and have breakfast each morning.

We had such a good time staying at Britannia hotel located in historical part of Rome . It was a walking distance to the main places of interest. The hotel is built in 19th century and it`s why everything is very compact there including tiny elevator, a shower in the room. Breakfasts was very good. Our waiter Simona was very proactive, friendly, and attentive. I would give him 5 -star !!!!!! The front desk stuff was very nice, friendly and supportive.

Great marble interiors. Excellent location for all destinations in Rome. Very friendly and helpful staff and great to have coffee made to order at breakfast rather than bland coffee from an urn.
