Prima hotel, iets excentrisch gelegen
Keurig hotel, nette kamer. We vonden de ligging ten opzichte van alle bezienswaardigheden iets te excentrisch. Misschien valt het mee als je alles met de metro of bus gaat bezichtigen. Wij deden alles lopend. Ontbijt vonden we tegenvallen. Dat was niet heel bijzonder.

We had a very pleasant stay at Hotel Diocleziano for one night in Rome! It is an older hotel with furnishings and decor that are a little dated, but the excellent service, high end touches, fantastic breakfast buffet, and convenient location made this a perfect and very enjoyable stay! When we checked in we were welcomed warmly by the professional yet friendly staff, making for a great first impression (thanks in particular to David!). We had a train to catch the morning we left and it was an easy stroll to Termini. Walkable to the Colosseum and Monti, and to the Centro storico. A great choice.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Hotel Diocleziano! The staff was so kind and helpful. They helped me plan excursions and transfers even before we arrived. Everything easy and good. Its a boutique hotel when its at the best. A free champagne in the bar, friendly reception and the best breakfast I have seen for long - even in 5 start hotels. So - dont hesitate using the hotel. Troels from Denmark.

This is a great hotel for a stay in Rome. Short walk to main Termini railway station, excellent restaurants, cafes and convenience stores. The staff were great with suggestions and advice. I will definitely stay there again.

Beautiful hotel, clean and great size room. Down the road from central train station, drop off points for airport shuttle bus and the rome hop on, hop off buses. Friendly And helpful staff.

Sans hésiter, le meilleur hôtel où j’ai séjourné
Tout est parfait dans cet hôtel ! L’accueil, la gentillesse, la politesse, la discrétion et le service du personnel, l’emplacement, le confort, le petit déjeuner… Mention spéciale à Stefano qui parle français et a été de bon conseil pour visiter la ville.

The staff was friendly which was nice to see while visiting. The room was small but probably typical in Rome. Nice breakfast buffet option. Centrally located near train station- very close. Also close to shopping and restaurants.

El hotel ya no está en servicio
Llegue al lugar y estaba completamente cerrado ese hotel ya no está en servicio hay un letrero pegado en la puesta donde te mandan a otro hotel q está a 15 minutos de ahí y llegas cansado del viaje y lo último q quieres es andar buscando y con las piedras y calles de Roma es muy difícil andar con maletas fatal !! No deberían de ponerlo ya q no existe

Property was completely closed upon arrival. There was a sign left on the door for all confirmed bookings to report to a different property that was 15 minutes away. I called the new property and they didn’t offer me transportation to the alternate hotel so I was forced to carry my luggage across the city. Once I arrived at the alternate hotel their staff blamed the mishap on Orbitz but didn’t have an answer of why this hotel is still listed online if it is closed.

Very interesting hotel & one-of-a-kind experience
7 minutes walk from the main train station (Roma Termini). You are welcomed by the friendly staff and they are helpful and good in service. The porter helped us move the luggage to the room (perhaps it's because the elevator is old but we have no problem with it) and he is very nice. Surroundings is a bit busy and noisy after 8:30am so if you want to open windows, you might not want to stay in the room too late. You can close the window and the room is completely silent though. For some people who is sensitive to smell, there might be a bit smelly sparingly when you're facing the street with huge garbage boxes. Room itself is cozy but Roma is bit dusty. The room is as clean as it can though (the dust might be from the carpet). Breakfast is not bad and the awesome thing is that they replenish your minibar everyday for free - that is 2 soft drinks, 1 juice and 2 bottles of water. When you go out of the hotel, you're asked to hand over the key to the front desk. I found that interesting but again we've no problem with that. Lastly, on one day their water boiler was broken so they had no hot water supplied for shower from 11am to the next day 10am. They halved our room rate so we're level with that. Not so great hardware but great services from the front desk. You should try sauna there too. Overall good experience and will recommend.
