Il water di una delle due stanze purtroppo era ancora sporco di escrementi. Mobili riparati con lo scotch. Colazione nella media. Sarebbe stato preferibile qualcosa di fatto in casa. Il personale comunque gentilissimo e disponibile.

Buongiorno signora Elisa, da lei non abbiamo ricevuto nessuna lamentela direttamente, anzi alla fine del soggiorno ci ha anche detto che era stato tutto perfetto. Se ce l'avesse detto subito le avremmo cambiato immediatamente la camera.Comunque, la ringraziamo per aver apprezzato lo staff.

We enjoyed staying here! Nice and clean, cool area that isn’t touritsty. Only complaint was the walls were not very soundproof so a bit noisy, but understandable given the age of the building.

The shower would flood after ~3 minutes of use. You would have to turn the water off whilst you waited for it to drain (which took another 3 minutes). I spoke to a staff member as soon as the issue became apparent. Nothing was done to fix this.

Okay but needs some help
Although the location of the hotel is great with restaurants and cafes close by, the washroom was extremely small and the shower was even smaller. I am 6 foot and 250 lbs and had to get into the shower sideways. This is not what I expected for a hotel in Rome.

El hotel esta bien, con buen wifi, lo unico malo es que no tiene aire acondicionado y en verano puede ser muy fastidioso, ya que solo se puede dejar la ventana abierta y hay mucho ruido afuera. Estancia regular, las camas son un poco incomodas, pero la ubicación es buena

Thank you for your review, regarding the air conditioning, there are only in comfort rooms, in the classic and economy rooms the air conditioning is not included.You booked an Economy room with shared bathroom and without air conditioning. We are sorry that you did not appreciate the free upgrade we had made to a Classic double room with private bathroom, instead to pay 12 per night

Our tree night stay in Hotel Kent was very comfortable. A very clean room and friendly employee. The location of the hotel was ok, we could walk to the main touristic areas in ca. 20 minutes. If we go to Rome again, we will not look for another hotel

The hotel staffs are super friendly. Lots of restaurants and mini mart around as wells. However, it does require some walk to get any sights, and a bit far from subway The fixture and amenities of hotel were outdated. Bathroom was really dark, and the room has no AC. Between rooms, it was thin wall that I can hear next door using washroom and talking.

We are pleased that you appreciated the work of our staff.As far as the metro is concerned, it is a 12-minute walk from us, otherwise there are several buses within 2 minutes of our hotel to get to the city centre.Regarding air conditioning, your reservation of an Economy Double does not include air conditioning even the private bathroom, we are sorry that you did not appreciate the free upgrade to the private bathroom on our side we made.

On arrival staff couldn’t tell us a thing about the place told us there wasn’t laundry service or there was but it was down the street 6 minutes walk, when it was listed in the hotels details. Asked another staff member the next day they said they did have laundry service. stayed two nights the first night the shower filled with water and couldn’t drain and the second no hot water and when asked the staff they said you have to get in quick. They made up for it tho gave us a free coffee for not being able to have a shower for 2 days. YAY

Dear, thank you for your review, my colleague being new did not know that we offer laundry service for extra fee.We deeply apologize for being waiting for the hot water, its because our structure is an ancient building we are only allowed to install a specific tipe of water warmer.

I took advantage of a single room with private bathroom, very nice, neat and clean with only flaws regarding soundproofing (you could hear all the openings of the hotel door and the entry and exit of guests) and the bidet with reduced water flow. For the rest I found very kind and helpful staff as well as a good breakfast; with regard to breakfast, I would like to say that the price proposed in the structure would seem to be lower than that proposed on Expedia. Lastly, I would add that the area where the hotel is located is well served and pleasant, although I have known it mainly for work. Thank you!

Unica pecca, mi aspettavo una camera più grande e con un letto matrimoniale più comodo. Il letto era composto da due materassi che si separavano durante la notte, soprattutto mettendosi al centro.

Quando sono arrivato il letto era ancora sfatto. Nei giorni successivi le pulizie sono state all'altezza. In camera mancava l'aria condizionata. Personale molto gentile, in particolare il ragazzo alla reception. Hotel senza pretese per un soggiorno (manco tanto) low-cost.

Nice, small quiet hotel
Have stayed here several times. Its outside the city walls but for us that’s a plus. Rome center is, roughly a 20 minute walk or so, 15 minutes walking to Termini. The area around the hotel is well worth exploring. The rooms are on the small size, comfortable and clean. The staff very friendly and helpful.

The hotel is basic but there were no issues. Everything was clean and worked. There is a mini bar and hairdryer in the room. All staff very friendly. We found the best way to get into central Rome was on busses - a 5 minute walk to bus stops and then around a 20 minute bus depending exactly on where you were going. Lots of lovely restaurants within a 5 minute walk of the hotel.
