Prima week gehad
Prima hotel, parkeren op afgesloten terrein. Pizzeria naast het hotel goeie pizza's voor weinig geld, goeie verbinding naar het centrum! Als we ooit weer naar Rome gaan verblijf ik hier zeker weer

I liked the large room we had. It had a staircase with another room with lots of closets. You can even put another bed in it. It’s a residential hotel so it made sense

Si può migliorare.. ma non è male!
Gentili all’accoglienza pronti a risolvere eventuali problematiche. Ci sono le vasche con le tende anziché le docce e il bagno inevitabilmente si allaga un po’.. colazione troppo cara..c’è un bar pasticceria a fianco! Comunque soggiorno gradevole per il prezzo pagato.

Ci dispiace che non si sia rivolto al ricevimento per il problema della vasca; Le avremmo consigliato di mettere la tenda dentro la vasca e l'allagamento nel bagno si sarebbe risolto. Per quanto riguarda la colazione, non siamo d'accordo con la sua opinione in quanto in un bar un cappuccino ed un cornetto ha un costo di € 2,10 contro una colazione a buffet ad € 7,00, sinceramente a parità di prodotti è il primo ad essere più caro. Ok. Wish it was better.
This hotel was in a remote place. The cleaning staff turned off our heat. The laundry facilities are one washer, one dryer in a garage. The hot water for showers is barely enough for one person.

Pros: hotel room exactly how advertised. Very clean, modern, comfortable bed, spacious. Staff was incredible and very helpful. Bus stop right outside the hotel. Cons: construction right outside hotel was exceptionally loud & annoying, hot water lasted 7-10 minutes only and took HOURS to come back, had to pay 25 euro to check out late (check out is REALLU early - 10am). No food options within walking distance. Overall I would stay again and would recommend but not to someone who isn’t comfortable staying outside Rome. It’s good for the price you pay!

Un ottimo punto d'appoggio
L'hotel è posizionato benissimo per spostarsi a Roma. Anche se dall'esterno non sembra un grancchè, le stanze sono spettacolari! Consiglierei solo di ristrutturare i bagni che non sono in linea con il resto e di togliere la moquette in giro per i corridoi. Per il resto tutto Ottimo!

This property was great for a 5 night stay in Rome. The cleanliness was brilliant having new towels etc everyday and staff we very helpful with any request. The only potential issue is the location as there is a bit of travelling to be done to get to different places. We had a hire car so this was not an issue but may have been without the car.

Property conditions is horrible. Shower has a 10mins running hot water then you have to wait for at least 4 hours to worm up. Internet horrible. Front seat rude and arrogant! We had a very bad experience with them.

We remember you and ee're very sorry to read you didn't enjoy your stay at our hotel; having said that, I have forwarded your comments to the relevant department. I can certainly promise that they will take this seriously and deal internally. Regarding your photos: n°01 and 02 we had to change the light on the balcony and we isolated the switch; n°03 the bathroom ceiling light may not fashion for you but it makes a lot of light; n°04 you are right and we asked the maintainer for explanations; n°05 we don't understand what you wanted to say with this photo; n°06 maybe you do not like the cleaning cart but I want to assure you that it is not part of the room equipment. That being said, it may be true that the colleague was rude with you and our staff must respect guests, but we ask that guests bring respect to our staff and to other guests, avoid shouting at night along the corridors I think might be a good start. Regarding the internet connection, we have checked it in that room and we didn't have any problems with it, as well as the previous and subsequent guests. Hot water is supplied by 80 liter electric water heaters and leaving the water open quickly consumes them, as well as being harmful to our planet. WiFi was horrible. It was very complicated to connect to WiFi and after connecting we had internet only outside the room. Hot water finished after one shower, so we had to wait until morning to get the hot water again. Gentile Cliente, La ringraziamo per il Suo commento. Prendiamo nota delle Sue valutazioni e ci scusiamo che il suo soggiorno non sia stato confortevole. Purtroppo la struttura è circondata da giardini e potrebbe succedere che, nelle camere al piano terra, si infiltrino dall'esterno delle formiche. Le ricordo che il nostro personale è a disposizione degli ospiti 24 ore su 24 per risolvere ogni tipo di problema. Non capiamo, infatti, come non si sia rivolto immediatamente al ricevimento se aveva riscontrato tutti quei problemi e che invece si sia lamentato solamente on-line. Comunque ci scusiamo nuovamente e Le inviamo cordiali saluti. Mauro

Dans l'absolu, les murs sont très fins donc on entend tout. Mais pour le prix, c'est très bien. Le personnel est très serviable, la chambre était très vaste et climatisée.

It was a great with great people! We came from Germany and had no problems with the properties, the cleanness or with the people. The little problem was our WiFi, it has stopped sometimes so that we have to call all the time the persona. Sometimes we had for 1-3 hours no WiFi or it immediately stopped the connection and was slowly so that you've to go to the lobby. I couldn't really do my work there cause I've my Online Business and am depended from the Wifi which was very important to me. Anyways we it was great, calm place and I'll com back again if the WiFi issue is solved :)

The property was regularly clean and the staff always try to help. The breakfast was however disappointing, not one fresh fruit in sight. The hotel also needs a bar. There is nothing to do at night there.

Più che stanze sono piccoli appartamenti, comodissimi. La struttura è anni settanta ma tenuta bene. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Noi eravamo in quattro due adulti e due bambini e siamo stati molto bene. Consiglio solo a chi va in macchina, non è molto comodo per chi si muove con i mezzi pubblici Stefy

The hotel room was clean and comfortable. The only thing I would have liked to see in the room would have been a mini refrigerator. I recommend this hotel to anyone who is visiting room.
