Handig gelegen hotel, met liefde ingericht. Op de eerste verdieping van het gebouw gelegen. Apart: ontbijt aan grote tafel, samen met andere gasten.

Dejligt weekend ophold på meget hyggeligt hotel . Hotellet lå meget centralt og sporvogn gik lige udenfor døren . I gå afstand til Campo di Foiri , piazza Navona og Pantheon . Og ikke mindst Trastevere som er et Mekka af gode spisesteder . Service i receptionen var i top- meget venlige og hjælpsomme værter. Jeg vil helt sikkert komme igen

L’hôtel est sympathique, le personnel adorable. Ce n’est pas un 4 etoiles. Les chambres sont tres petites. Le petit déjeuner est inclus, c’est bien.

This is listed as a 4 Star Hotel and I couldn’t tell you why You come in and the lobby smells like someone is smoking. There are no amenities that reflect the definition of a 4 star hotel… When we got to the room there was a crumpled up pillowcase and a stain on one of the twin beds. The shower leaked from the side of the glass door. We couldn’t check out 20 minutes early because there wasn’t anyone there… ordering a taxi seemed to be a big issue as well… not sure why.

Dear Janet, we are surprised to read your review after all the compliments you have made to us. I understand that you had the problem with the taxi at your departure but with all the respect you cannot book a taxi for a certain hour and then without notifying us you decide to leave 45 minutes earlier. And yes, during Ryder Cup it was a huge issue to find any taxi as we have explained to you. All the best,

Wonderful hotel within a five minute walk to Campo dei Fiori, and 10 minute walk to other site seeing spots. Also near Trastevere and Roscioli. Would stay here again.

Wonderful Hotel
This is a wonderful hotel. We found all the beds to be very comfortable. We found the front desk staff to be very polite and helpful. It is close to some attractions (Rome is huge so it can't be next to all attractions). It was nice to be able to open the windows and get some fresh air into the room. We felt very safe in the location and there are plenty of restaurants within walking distance.

This was an awesome place to stay! We were there for 2 nights only, but would have stayed longer if we could. It was clean, well set up, and the service was excellent! I would highly recommend this hotel right in the heart of Rome!

The staff was never warm or welcoming to us. I thought I booked the larger room since I paid extra for it. I was told I booked the standard and I should've just paid through the hotel directly instead of expedia even though I showed I paid extra for the bigger room. When we asked about breakfast we were told we didn't "pay" for breakfast. I never saw that as an add-on. I asked if we could pay then and was told there was no room for us at breakfast as the seats were all taken. They acted as if every guest would be at the table at the same time like a sit-down breakfast. I checked the following morning and there were plenty of empty seats at various times throughout the times they served breakfast. What's the big deal to pour a cappuccino and serve a croissant? The staff actually told us we were better off going out to buy our own breakfast. Completely accommodating or hospitable. We felt like a bother to them at every interaction.

Dear Steven,thank you but I'm sorry to inform you that first of all you have to know what you have booked before to complain. You booked a standard room which it's the highest category we have in this Hotel. If we didn't manage to explain it to you it's our fault. Bur for sure you did not pay any extra money. In addition to this, you chose to book without breakfast. We cannot choose what you are booking for but you can definetely. For our breakfast, we are trying to have a maximum number of guests so the service is of better quality. For all the rest, I think you have already made up your mind using the above wrong criteria so sincerely I cannot reply to you. For sure, no guest is bothering us, it is completely the contrary as we trying create a family atmosphere based even to the fact our Hotel is small.

Gentile Sig.ra Serena,ci dispiace che non si è trovata bene. Il nostro arredamento è d'epoca, di conseguenza può sembrare vecchio perchè lo è effettivamente. In questo periodo, il nostro ricevimento è aperto 24/24 per 5 giorni la settimana mentre per le altre 2 notti non c'è la presenza ma c'è il servizio a chiamata. Per l'odore della camera ci dispiace, purtroppo se gli altri ospiti non rispettano il divieto, ci servono almeno 2-3 giorni.

posizione molto comoda e ben servita dai mezzi pubblici, stanze piccole ma carina e ben arredate, alle pareti riproduzioni artistiche e quadri, bagni piccoli, nella mia mancava anche il bidet, ma curati, brutto molto brutto l'ingresso, l'hotel è al primo piano di uno stabile d'epoca, ma il portone è spoglio e maltenuto, cordiale e gentile il personale, lo consiglio per chi vuol stare in centro a Roma in una delle zone più caratteristiche tra campo dei Fiori, Piazza Navana e a due passi dal Pantheon e Trastetevere

Hotel did not live up to its description/photos, staff rude and unhelpful. We reserved an executive double/twin and we offered what looked like a standard double (smaller) upon check-in. We asked to have the 'double bed' which was two twins made up as two twins. Were first told that nothing could be done until the next day, the hotel was full, and that the beds were attached to the headboard. I showed them that the beds were not attached. Response was that housekeeping had left for the day. We offered to change the beds ourselves if sheets were provided. After much arguing, they the response was that sheets would be provided but no sheets were ever provided. We sat down for breakfast in the morning, but were told our rate did not include breakfast. We were not offered the ability to pay for it separately so we bought breakfast from the cafe across the street. We asked about parking for our car. We received incorrect info about parking on the street and finally directed to a garage about 3 blocks away which costs 45 euros for one night. To reach the hotel, you enter on the ground floor of a very musty, moldy smelling building. The refrigerator in our room did not work. Staff was generally frowning, unhappy whenever we had a question. On the good side, the room itself was clean, the property uses eco-friendly products, follows Covid protocols and was quiet. In general, for the price paid, not a good value/better choices out there.

Dear Mrs. Joyce, please read carefully the following: We have 2 categories of rooms: 1) Economy or small double room 2) Standard or Executive double rooms. It is changing just the name. So you can understand that if your room was looking like standard, it is the room you have reserved. I hope it is clear for you. On your reservation, it was requested a double bed so we prepared your room with one double bed. Also YOU had chosed a rate without breakfast. Because of the Covid measures, breakfast has to be ordered (EVEN for people that they had booked it, the day before). I hope now you can understand why the receptionist did not offer you to make make breakfast once you sat down for breakfast. Simply because he didn't have the possibility to offer it!!! Maybe the staff wasn't rude & unhelpful but they were in a difficult position and feeling stessed having a client that she was asking completely different things from her original reservation. The entrance of the building unfortunately it's not property of the Hotel (Hotel is situated on the first floor) and from the cleaning program in my possesion it results that your beds have been separated after the first night as you requested on complete contrast with your reservation. It is not our policy to give sheets to guests and to make them prepare their beds. I would strongly reccomend instead of making unhappy comments to check your reservation even now.

Male on duty, was efficient but no personality. If you like hard beds, this is the place for you. Trains seem to run under the hotel. Breakfast and interior were good. Not easy to find hotel.

the hotel personnel was professional, friendly and polite. The environment was special, combining the flavor of an old Roman Palazzo with original and well assorted furniture. Unfortunately, it was a little bit noisy, due to the tram line just under the window.

Dear Juan, we are sorry that our Hotel didn't satisfy your expectations. I hope you realise that almost all your remarks are caused by the Covid effect & the measures we have to take for respecting the Italian Law. In fact our services are significantly reduced in this period but in the same way it is reduced even the room's price. About your room, maybe next time instead of typing jajajaja after you stayed 4 nights, I would strongly advise you to let the Hotelier know at least after the first night, so maybe they can offer you an alternative room. In any case, we consider your room as one of our best with a very nice view and an appropriate bathroom. Also, a thank you for cancelling your other non refundable reservation without any polite it would have been polite. I do hope all this it is not caused from the 48 € of city tax that you didn't want to pay at your check out. Best wishes even for the new member of your family

Godt mindre hotel beliggende i gå afstand af de fleste seværdigheder. Der er en del støj da det er tæt på sporvognene og de kan høres. God service i rigtig italiensk stil.

The hotel was on the 2nd floor of a building. With stairs right after the lift, so unsuitable for small children and people with heavy bags. The hotel is certainly NOT 4 star as advertised, the carpets and decor are from about 20 years ago, the room although clean is Tiny, and the hotel has a tramline right outside the building, which loudly passes every 10 minutes and literally shakes the whole building making sleep difficult! The location isn’t bad though as it’s a short walk to see the trevi fountain and the pantheon.

I love that this feels like you're in someone's home in Rome, yet with the excellent service of a hotel. Wonderful staff. The tram passes near the window though, and it's quite noisy.

Выбирали отель, расположенный в непосредственной близости от основных достопримечательностей, выбрали Locanda Cairoli Вариант очень удачный во всех отношениях. Отель расположен на первом (по европейской нумерации) этаже дома, круглосуточный заезд, хорошие завтраки, аутентичная обстановка традиционного римского дома. Отдельно хотелось бы отметить качество и эстетику обстановки в общественной зоне отеля, в том числе места, где проходили завтраки В непосредственной близости также находится Трастевере - очень удобное место для прогулок, обедов, ужинов.
