Het hotel is makkelijk te vinden en is maar 2 straten van rome termini station. Bij aankomst werd ik ontvangen door een goed Engels sprekende dame. Erg vriendelijk. De lift is klein en oud. Eenmaal in mijn kamer meteen een kleine check gedaan. De vloer was niet gedweild. Verfschilfers aan de muur. Erg smalle badkamer. Met een douchekop dat met tape aan de muur vast hangt. Sommige lampen werkten niet en er was wel wifi maar geen internet in de kamer. Een kleine opknapbeurt zou veel goedmaken. Het personeel was de paar dagen dat ik daar verbleef erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam!

Nice people, good value!
We stayed in this hotel for a weekend break in Rome. First of all the location is very convenient just couple of minutes from Terminii station. The welcome by Loredana (the lady owner) is extermely firendly and helpful. Her children 2 daugthers/son also w work in the hotel so it's a real family enterprise. We had a very nice (recently renovated) room with balcony on the 5th floor. The room was quiet (we even slept with windows open) . It was not very big but everything is in there including flat screen tv. There is no A/C however but during our stay (30 celsius outside) the room was very cool by itself. The breakfast is very good (sweets/meats/beautiful lemon cake/coffee/tea/juices etc etc). All in all a pleasurable stay and good value. We will definitely stay again when we're in Rome.

hotel Maryelen en Giovi dicht bij het treinstation
Het hotel Maryelen enGiovi was vorig jaar gerenoveerd .Alles was netjes verzorgd..Iedere dag schone handdoeken.Ontbijt was ook goed . Locatie was zeer gunstig vlak bij het station .In de buurt leuke restaurantjes.De dames van het hotel waren zeer vriendelijk en spraken goed engels.Zeker een hotel om terug te gaan.

We have stayed here so many times in the past because of it's close proximity to Roma Termini. The room size is enough for 2 adults with even 3-4 large luggage. There should be hooks to hold coats or jacket outside the closet (nothing found at all). The bathroom is small which will be too tight for someone on the heavy side. Breakfast is okay. Staff helpful and friendly. The surrounding area is not as quiet because of the nearby train station but is safe. I will stay here again because of it's convenience and value for the money.

２泊しました。初日、部屋のヒーターが壊れていて寒い思いをしました。フロントなど掛け合って部屋を交換してもらって、大丈夫な部屋になりました。初日に部屋交換までしてくれたら、最高の評価でもよかったんですが、少し残念です。建物は古くてレトロな感じです。朝食も美味しいクロワッサンが食べられて、立地も申し分ない場所です。

Just needed a place to crash before early flight. Price point was good. it was a clean, spacious, and secure room. It’s a very dated property, but well maintained.

Sehr gut im Preis-Leistungs Verhältnis!
Alles okay nur die Spülung des WC defekt sehr gut die Bar mit Mõgluchkeit zum Frühstùck für nur 3 Eur! und Tische außen! Sehr gute Lage neben Bhf Termini ! EZ ZIMMER mit großen Bett und sehr schöne Einrichtung ! Sehr schönes Innenhof

The refrigerator in my room did not work. The hotel was aware but did not inform me. Each room comes with an AC unit but you've got to ask for the remote. Half of the rooms open on a courtyard which is occupied by a very loud goose! The hotel staff were very friendly and helped me book a taxi for 6:00 a.m. on the day that I left.

We ended up staying in a very small room on the very top floor. Room was too small for 2 people and a few stairs needed to be climbed to get there. elevator does not go to very top. That was difficult for us carrying luggage

Andrebbe migliorato il servizio pulizia(sul balconcino ancora i resti di una colazione di qualcuno mai rimossi) , e alcuni dettagli nella camera, manca un appendiabiti, il cassetto del comodino era bucato. Il letto comodissimo. La posizione eccellente, la zona un degrado.

I picked this hotel because it’s very close to Roma Termini. The rating seemed safe and it was only for two nights. Checking was fast and easy. Upon getting to the room, we couldn’t get the air conditioning to work, no buttons or dials as the remote was at the front desk, I wonder why. Upon getting it, the unit wouldn’t turn on. We informed the front desk as we were leaving it wouldn’t turn on. She came to our room, hit the reset button on the remote and the unit, she’s done this before it seems. Neither worked, then unplugged the unit from the wall, which tripped the circuit breaker, then it worked. Great we left. Came back that night and it worked for 30 mins when we got back and never again during our stay. We were given a fan for our room the next day. The in room fridge never worked either so we couldn’t even have a cold bottle of water. The morning of our last night, I was told the owner offered compensation for the AC and fridge not working, €10! Yes, ten euros. I was a little shocked at the small jesters. The front desk attendant said she would call to see if the owner would consider €16, the amount of the room taxes. I went back to the room and didn’t get a response from her. Upon checking out, we learned the owner didn’t approve the additional six euros. That was the icing on the cake.

A Hotel, which spoiled my trip to Rome !!!
I paid for a double business room. At my arrival, they were demanding a tax payment. They assigned me a single standard room. Since I complained, they told me to stay a night in the single room, so they could change me to a double the next day. I accepted under the condition of avoiding the payment of additional taxes. The single room curtains were dusty, the room smell dust and it hadn't hot water. The first night was a great disaster for me, an asthmatic person. The next day they change me to a better room - the one I paid for: a double business room with less evident smell. At the moment of checking out, even if they were trying to trick me with a single dusty room and the room was lacking hot water, they were still demanding the tax payment. I refused to pay more for such a bad service and lack of consideration. It's a shame, because the hotel is in a very good area of the most astounding city of the world: The Eternal Rome. Hotel Maryelen 2 ruined my vacations in Roma.

Hotel bien situado cerca a la estación Roma Termini y a 20 minutos caminando del área de coliseo Romano. buena atención.

Le camere sono decenti, abbastanza pulite e ricavate in singoli appartamenti in un condominio. Personale cortese. La posizione non è delle migliori ma obiettivamente è ben collegata e a quattro passi dalla stazione. Come soluzione low cost può andar bene, ma il pagamento solo in contanti no. E la ricevuta?!?

When you asked a question to the desk , they answer you something and later they changed their mind. The last day we asked a taxi for going back to the El Ciampino Airport and they told us the price was 45 euros; however, when we arrived the taxi driver showed us a ticket for 70 euros!!! Obviusly we had to pay that amount, we were leaving to Germany.

This hotel is a great walking distance to/from Roma Termini, which made our travel days every easy. The staff was friendly and helpful, the only downsides were a very thin mattress and almost no water pressure in the shower. But it is very budget friendly and close to train/metro station, so it's good for a night or two, but probably not great for extended stays.

お手頃で立地の良いホテル
口コミにもある通りスタッフは皆、感じ良く親切でした。でもローマのホテルではどこでもそうだと思う。 洗濯済とはいえ、タオルのボロさにはちょっとビックリしました。室内の掃除は担当者によってムラがあると思いました。 あと、これもローマのホテルでは有りがちですが、バスルームの排水辺りから何となく臭いがします。 ただ立地は最高です。

Out of 5 nights, I only had warm shower once. Hotel staff is friendly, but powerless with the lack of hot water. The hotel is old, there is no phone or safe in the room, and bathroom is tiny. Upside is the convenient location and large rooms. I didn't see any AC, hot summer months might be a problem (I was there late May).

Stadthotel gute Ausgangslage für einen Städtetrip.
Damit ist auch ein Großteil der positiven Bewertung schon gesagt. Empfang schnell und herzlich und direkt mit dem Hinweis hier können sie nur bar bezahlen !? Die Zimmer waren dem alter entsprechend. Die Sauberkeit ließ allerdings zu wünschen übrig. Staubig war noch das geringste Problem. Schwarze Lange Haare, nicht zu übersehen, im Bett gehen gar nicht. Der Versprochene Safe war kaputt. Im Zimmer meiner Tochter kühlte der Kühlschrank nicht.Die Bar war abends geschlossen. Das Frühstück nicht empfehlenswert. Die Bilder versprechen hier viel mehr. Das beste war noch der Kaffee. Wo bitte sind hier 3 Sterne für das Hotel und der Holidaycheck Winner Award 2014.
