Kamer was goed. Bedden waren goed. Sanitair is verouderd en de doucheruimte was klein. Toilet doortrekken maakte enorm kabaal. Ligging van dit hotel is perfect; alle bezienswaardigheden op loopafstand.

De locatie is echt super, het hart van de stad, alle bezienswaardigheden op loopafstand. Kamer prima, gelukkig met airconditioning. De gedeelde badkamer was heel klein en heel warm, dat was wel eens afzien. Verder prima verblijf! Lekker ontbijt en aardig personeel!

Prima hotel midden in het centrum.
Goed hotel wat centraal in het centrum ligt waardoor alles perfect te lopen is. Ontbijt prima verzorgt, kamers en bedden goed en personeel vriendelijk en zeer hulpvaardig. Voor een city trip een absolute aanrader.

Prima hotel voor City-trip. Ligt heel centraal.
Schone kamers, prima ontbijt. Alles is te belopen vanuit het hotel. Veel leuke restaurants in de buurt van het hotel.

Hotel met mooie centrale ligging net achter navona
Hotel met mooie centrale ligging net achter navona. Bezienswaardigheden op loopafstand en gezellige terassjes om de hoek! Hotelkamer is gedateerd maar netjes , entree en lift klassiek en bijzonder. Ontbijt is summier maar redelijk . Al met al zeker een positieve ervaring!

The only downside is that there is live music on the street pretty much every night until 11 pm. It can be a bit loud, if you plan to go to sleep earlier than 11. An interior room facing the courtyard would be quieter.

One really never knows what a place will be like but….We absolutely loved it at Hotel Primavera. The staff was very personable and informative. The breakfast was perfect for us. The room was quite adequate and very clean and comfortable for sleeping. Some may not like street/music sounds but it didn’t bother us. We enjoy the sounds of life and joy. It was in a great location for walking to many historical and top rated sites to see in Rome. There were 2 piazzas nearby and many restaurants to choose from. Loved the elevator too.

Wir sind mit dem Hotel Primavera und vor allem mit seinen sehr freundlichen Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeitern sehr zufrieden gewesen! Saubere und ruhige Zimmer. Ubicación maravillosa, personal amable… habitación pequeña se escuchan ruidos de otros huéspedes, ronquidos, había hormigas en la habitación, el desayuno muy básico y no de muy buena calidad…. No lo recomiendo !!!

We did not receive any complaints from you during the days of your stay.I would like explain that the property booked is 2 stars, and We are in a building of 1800.We respect the services of our category. We are always available for any clarification during your stay.We sent information in advance about breakfast and services. We have no restaurant and bar.We serve an Italian reinforced breakfast. Most of our products are purchased directly from our staff daily. The room type was chosen by you. Size and type follow national standards, as described in booking conditions. More space and service you can find it in 3 stars Hotel. You could have reported it to the front desk for any problem.I’m sorry but this review does not reflect our Hotel, as you can see from 90% of the reviews.Thank you

Perfect location and service
The hotel is perfectly located to most sites in Roma, walking or using the public transport. The service is exceptional. It is a small and friendly place, very clean and perfect for a few days in Rome.

Comfortable hotel in great location
Very nice and friendly hotel very close to Piazza Navona and Campo de Fiori. My room was decent size with TV and mini fridge. The bathroom was also a decent size with a shower. The room was comfortable. My room was on the inner courtyard and was pretty quiet. The breakfast consisted of rolls, pastry, sliced ham, sausage and cheese, yogurt, cereal, coffee. it was sufficient and there are many restaurants nearby. I would stay again.

The service we received from this place was impeccable! We were a group of three couples. Everyday was a busy day of sightseeing for us and we’ve have to leave the hotel early on some days. On those days they would send us a nice breakfast basket the night before so we could have breakfast before we leave or take it on the road. The staff would even contact us to ask if we would need breakfast baskets the next morning. Just hands down the best staff and hotel we’ve ever stayed in! The hotel may not be new, but it was super clean, smelled so good and have such a nice character. The rooms were nice and spacious as well. Best part was also that it was right on the spot as far as dinning,(literally around the corner and across!) tons of choices! Also shopping, etc. Super close to everything. Next door to Museo de Roma, 5mins walk to Navona square, 15 mins walk to Trevi Fountain and lots more! We literally walked to everywhere! We’ve had such a great experience in the beautiful city of Rome, top it off with the best place to stay! Thank you to such amazing staff of Hotel Primavera!

We have always respected the booking conditions. We are sorry that you booked a property that did not live up to your expectations. The score received makes no sense. Only malice towards others. I recommend booking a higher category property suited to your needs. The air conditioning works regularly. But the season in Rome requires the use of heating.

Wonderful, thank you.
It was wonderful! The hotel location was perfect. The staff was friendly. The place was very clean. They helped me book my transportation to the airport and skip the line ticket to Vatican. All for a very budget friendly price. I will highly recommend this hotel.

Hotel Primavera was a little difficult to find, but the location and staff were wonderful. Many sights were easily walkable from Hotel Primavera.

When we arrived we found the main door locked. We pressed the intercom and had no response. After trying this for 10 min we called the hotel number and had no response. Lucky for us another hotel guest arrived and let us in the main door, showed us where the elevator was and took us to the second floor, through another locked door to the locked reception door. We waited several min at the reception door and then called the hotel number to reach the receptionist. He answered and we were checked in. The property needs to provide better clarification for guests to check in. We found the 2nd floor room to be clean but very noisy during the day and at night. The bed was not very comfortable. Good thing we only had one night before we were traveling again.

Dear Customer, we are sorry to have received your report. We verified what happened and noted the following: The reservation was made 3 days before arrival, we tried to contact you to send the information necessary for check-in and ask you for an arrival time. We did not receive a response either on the booking email or on the telephone number. Via external booking sites you are required to contact the property for check-in. This was not done. Through our internal system we verified that the wait was due to assistance to other customers at the same time. The wait was just a few minutes. Your stay lasted approximately 12 hours. For this reason, we do not believe the structure deserves such an evaluation. However, We apologize. Sincerely

スタッフがみなさんすごく優しく、レイトチェックインや荷物の預かりなど、丁寧かつ柔軟に対応していただきました。 私の拙い英語も理解しようとしてくださり、コミュニケーションがとりやすかったです。 ベッドが広くてゆったり使えました。 シャワールームは少し手狭ですが、特に問題はありません。 エアコンの温度調節がうまくできなかったので、少し寒かったです。 全体的にすごく快適なホテルでした。 ローマに来たときにはまた宿泊したいです。 ありがとうございました！

Super friendly staff, great location
We stayed for a week with my daughters and we enjoyed it all - the friendly and helpful staff, the cleanliness, the great location. If we ever go back to Rome we'll certainly stay at that hotel again.

Staff is extremely helpful and friendly. Location is central to every site and neighborhood. Staff went above and beyond to assist, including preparing us an amazing breakfast basket the night before our departure since we were leaving very early in the morning.

We stayed here for two nights last week while touring Europe. We absolutely love this hotel! It is central to everything, very walkable, close to restaurants and historic sites, and you can always find a taxi directly in front. The staff was amazing and made us feel very much at home. The room was also very comfortable and we had an outstanding view of the city. Thank you so much!

Hôtel idéalement situé pour visiter les sites majeurs de Rome. Personnel sympathique et accommodant. Petit déjeuner servi avec la classe italienne. Relativement calme, surtout si l'on a une chambre coté cour. Sinon, bien penser à fermer les volets et ca devient très supportable

Location of Hotel Primavera was very convenient. From there we could walk to the different attractions, the Colosseum, the Vatican, etc. Daniele and the whole hotel staff were very kind and friendly and helpful as well. Their advice was very useful. The rooms and bathrooms were clean although the bathrooms were outdated. Nevertheless, we had a good experience at Hotel Primavera.
